James J. Did a great job cleaning my carpet!!! James did a pre-check asking about all problem areas that needed special attention. He was confident in his work. After he cleaned each room, he encouraged me to check them and asked if I was satisfied. He even gave suggestions for quick drying. I loved James’ customer service and will request him by name next time I get my carpet cleaned.
