Immanuel & Brent both came professionally dressed with masks on as they entered our home. They asked for a walkthrough prior to cleaning to see what areas needed to be cleaned. Because it's been a couple of years since I've had the carpet cleaned; Immanuel suggested deodorizing the carpet as well.
