Review for Edgar Gonz. & Issac 7/22/2019

Both men were professional dressed & polite. Upon opening the door; both men introduced themselves to me and shook my hand. While still at the door; they put on their shoe coverings and went to work. Edgar showed me the UV bulb that had gone out after removing it and explained that even though the other light was still on it might not be very effective since they were both put in a year ago. They even informed me that my neighbor's sprinkler system had some defective water heads. Excellent work from both men. I appreciate honesty these days! more

Vent and Duct Cleaning 7/10/2019

After being quoted an insane amount by a private Houston company, I was referred to Sears Air Duct and Cleaning and I must say, I am absolutely pleased that I did. Adolfo and Trey did a phenomenal job in being transparent and honest about the condition of our HVAC system and provided photos to back up their evaluation. This made me feel comfortable moving forward with the service. Post-Cleaning, they followed the same procedure and provided photos of what our system looked like afterwards. Whether it stays clean for a while or not, it does not matter as I know I trusted these two to complete the service to their best ability. Very reasonable price and not pushy on upgrading to any other available services. Will use this service again and will request these two young men to assist in our requested cleaning. more

They were very professional, and knowledgeable with and about their service. I appreciated the promptness of their arrival and their prior alert to me about expected time of arrival. Most importantly their accomplished time in carrying out their service is worthy of mention. more

Best Service Ever 6/14/2019

Edgar G. and James cleaned our dryer vent today, and we could not be happier. They were on time, courteous and professional, and they did an excellent job! And it worked! We can now dry laundry in a fraction of the time it was taking before the service. Many thanks for the excellent service! more

My house is very old but Eduardo & William worked quickly, professionally and in the most friendly manner possible. They two great technicians all work was done, including some extra items, within 2 1/2 hours. My HVAC and ducts are clean and now I have mold prevention. more

Duct cleaning & UV 18 light 6/7/2019

Air duct cleaning was good, had not planned on spending so much money for UV air purifying system but if it works and keeps the AC ducts free of mold, etc it will be worth it. more

sears dryer vent cleaning 6/5/2019

we were really pleased with dryer vent cleaning. Our tech Craig was the best, really knowledgeable about the issues we were having, we wish we would have done this earlier and will do this more often. He also helped us with keeping our AC to be free of mold. We couldn't be more happy. Will recommend him to friends and family. Their prices were decent and we did not have to wait long for appointment and they got here early! more

Edgar did an excellent job cleaning a difficult dryer vent. He traced the vent through my attic on a very hot day and went the extra mile to complete the job. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. more
