Great Service 9/24/2011

Roto-Rooter Plumbing was very prompt.. We called and right away a technicaian was here. Could not asked for faster service.. Keven was able to show and explain everything to my husband. As from what is the problem and what will need to be done to fix. With his camera scope we was able to see just what he was talking about. Roots is our problem. Also Kevin explained just what needs to be done to fix it and what it is going to cost. They even cleaned up after working and He was very polite and efficient. more

Roto Rooter Service Date of Service 09/22/2011 9/22/2011

I am 86 Years old and I had a problem with my bathroom plumbing and did not have a clue as to what plumber to call. After talking with my son and explaining to him that I needed to find a good quality plumber to unstop drains in my bathroom, he suggested calling Roto Rooter. I then called Roto Rooter and and a very nice and curteous Plumber came and unclogged the drains. He then explained everything he had done to complete the job. Also, he did not LEAVE A MESS in the bathroom. My son also suggested that I purchase Roto Rooter's Drain Cleaner to maintain my drains. Great Service 9/19/2011

We called on a Sunday afternoon and got quick service. The technician went above and beyond. He spent lots of time trying to figure out the cause of the clog. In our older houses that is not easy to do! We have always had good service with roto-rooter and love the 6 month warranty. more

Great prompt Service 9/18/2011

Roto-Rooter came to our house to remove and replace a stuck shower faucet. They came on very short notice and repaired the faucet quicker than I expected. The plumber was extremely nice and took the time to explain what he was doing. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to others in need of any plumbing repair. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/13/11 9/15/2011

We had a small leak behind one of our walls that I noticed around 830am. I noticed the water spot in the kitchen ceiling. So I made a quick call to Roto-Rooter of Cincinnati and within 2 hours Sean their certified Plumber was at our house evaluating our problem. After a hole cut in our ceiling and one in our bedroom he was able to isolate the problem to a faulty "T" connector in the wall that the builders used. After replacement that fixed our leak.. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/18/11 9/13/2011

Roto-rooter in Cincinnati came to clear my major floor drain when I had an emergency. They came the day I called and worked diligently to fix the problem. The drains were fixed and a new major pipe was installed. After their initial day of work, they came back a second day to check on everything and make sure the pipes were still clear. The plumber was very thorough and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems. more

We had tried the home remedies of Drano and such, but to no avail. I called Roto-Rooter since we obviously needed a plumber and they had someone in the area that could be there in about an hour. Nick showed up about 30 minutes later, diagnosed the problem and explained it all to us. He was quick, efficient and easy to work with. Very pleasant experience with Roto-Rooter of Cincinnati! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/27/11 8/27/2011

They were very cordial on a Saturday morning. They had a man here by 10:30 a.m. He told me of all the options I had and the cost of each. We decided to go with the minimum. He protected the carpet and was done in 15 minutes. He gave me a senior discount which did not even know was available. This is the third time we have used Roto-Rooter. Their plumber service has always been first class. They are the best in Cincinnati. more

I recently had Roto-Rooter of Cincinnati do installation and repair work on a house to get it ready for sale. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. Paul the plumber was very efficient and did a great job. He took his time to really look at what needed to be done, recommended what should be repaired and what should be replaced and cleaned up afterwards. more

Great Service 8/17/2011

We are located in Liberty Twp and called Roto-Rooter for bathroom faucet replacement. Technician arrived within 30 minutes of being called. As a stay at home mom, I appreciated that he was uniformed, in a marked van and was neat in appearance. I was impressed by how clean the area was when he finished the job. New faucet looks great and you couldn't tell a plumber had been there! I found a $40 coupon online which he honored... I felt like the price was a touch high, but I think you get what you pay for. more

We needed to use Roto-Rooter to fix a drain in the basement that had been clogged due to odd film and resulted in watery-film on the unfinished ground around our water heater and furnace. We called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday night and a service person was over in less than 30 minutes. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and promptly fixed the problem. The price for the services was very reasonable as well. This was our first time using Roto-Rooter, but definitely not the last and we will be sure to call them should we have any other issues arise. We had several minor plumbing problems that needed attention. After calling Roto-Rooter to locate a near-by plumber in the Cincinnati OH area, we could not be more pleased with the completed work. Mark took care of all the problems in a thorough way and left absolutely no mess at all. We'll call again when we need additional repairs done. more

We called Roto-Rooter and a technician was dispatched that day so we could get a resolution before closing. The technician - Kevin arrived and was able to determine the problem was not the plumbing but did discover a previously unknown problem which he was able to quickly correct.
