David Denton, our service technician, was prompt, very polite, and efficient. He and his assistant solved our clogged drain problem quickly and with no mess. He explained the problem and gave options for immediate and long term solutions. I will definitely keep his card for future use. more

Roto-Rooters plumbers 11/28/2011 11/29/2011

The last time I needed a plumber I called a local company because I thought I would get better service, was I wrong. I was overcharged and I felt like I was treated poorly. Today, I called roto-rooter. I made my appointment online and the dispatcher called me when my plumber was on his way. My plumber went above and beyond to help solve a very dirty job. He treated me with respect and I feel like what I paid for his service was not enough. Hopefully I will never have to call a plumber again but if I do I will call roto-rooter again! more

Great, friendly service. My kitchen drain clogged post-Thanksgiving. I called the service line and they had someone out to my house within the hour. He snaked the drain and solved the problem, gave great maintenance tips based on the setup of our pipes, and cleaned up. What more could I possibly want! more

Stack leak 11/23/2011

I had some leaking from the main water stack and wasn't sure what was causing it. I called roto-rooter and they responded asap, within two hours. The guy wasn't too sure what the leak was coming from, but eventually was able to locate the problem. The plumber could have been a bit more knowledgeable as it seemed he was somewhat new. Eventually he was able to locate the issue and give his recommendations. Service he preformed didn't totally solve the issue, but much like all home repair it is never an easy fix. All in all though good experience and would recommend. more

I called Roto-Rooter because I had standing water in my basement. I hoped they could help me diagnose the problem and give me fair and competitive solutions. They did! They responded quickly to our request and sent Wil and Brad over to take a look. These gentlemen were polite and respectful, putting on sanitary booties immediately upon entering my residence. By process of elimination, they completely assessed the scene, and diagnosed the problem to be a non-functioning sump pump. They explained my options to me thoroughly, and I purchased their pump (my independent research confirmed high quality) and the associated labor. They were courteous of my property, and were in and out within 45 minutes. Thanks Roto-Rooter for your professionalism and expertise. I highly suggest this service to anybody in the greater Cincinnati area! more

Blocked sewer 11/18/2011

Called Roto-rooter, Cincinnati office, due to a clogged sewer line. The Tech Louis came out and diagnosed the problem. He suggested that Greg come out with a camera to verify the problem. The camera found the problem and Greg advises that some of the line needed replaced. Within 24 hours the work started and was completed in a timely professional manner. We were totally pleased with the work done. We have used Roto-rooter plumbers in the past and have been very pleased. more

My water heater went out and me having a household of ten and eight of them children I needed to get it fixed fast. The plumbers from Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati came out to my house in a timely manner. They were very friendly and were able to give me a price that fit my budget. They completed the job in no time at all and I will definitely call them again for any of my plumbing needs! more

Drain issues,leaking pipe, shower drain problems 11/13/2011

Called Roto-Rooter for a blocked drain, we requested a tech that had serviced our house a couple of years ago. Tech was out within 2 hours. We were very happy Roto Rooter retains experienced folks, hard to find now a days. Tech fixed the blockage, during this work a leak was discovered also. To our amazement when the bath rooms were renovated a few years back by a different company, aparently knew fo the leak existed they put an empty can under it to catch water. Roto rooter identifeid the problem replaced the pipe. Everything was completly fixed in a few hours. A week later our shower basin started leaking, called Roto Rooter, had the same tech come out and he identied the problem fixied the shower also. Yes the problem was due to the faulty work the ""other"" company completed. Lets just say Roto Rooter has great technicians, fixes issues and at a fair price. I have never been disappointed. So happy to have such a reliable, trust worthy plumber in the Cincinnati area more

We called roto rooters plumber out to our home, in Newtonsville ( Cincinnati) because we've been having troubles with our tub not draining. We would literally be standing in a few inches of water when we'd take a shower. And in order to get the water out of the tub we had to use a bowl and empty the tub water into the toilet.\r Roto rooter came and got an old stopper out of the pipe that was clogging the drain. It made my day. Now we can take showers without standing in so much water. more

I had a very difficult to resolve issue with an outdoor water pipe that was causing a sewage back up in my home. Another plumbing company was unable to identify the problem, so I called Roto Rooter of Cincinnati. They were able to resolve the problem. However, it was an extremely expensive repair! more

Called Roto-Rooter on Wednesday, 11/2/11, for a leaking pipe. They came within an hour, and had the pipe fixed within another hour. Never dreamed it would be this quick and efficient. Was very pleased with the plumber they sent, actually sent two of them and both were very professional. I have always called Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs and have never been disappointed. So happy to have such a reliable plumber in the Cincinnati area. more
