Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/14/2012 4/15/2012

After the first big rain this spring, our basement flooded in Cincinnati. We called a Roto-Rooter plumber to snake the sewer drain. When the technician arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very capable. The only thing not 100% positive about the experience was the wait time... I called at 4pm and was told that a plumber would be here by 7. He arrived at about 10:30pm.... This is more of a scheduling complaint than a plumbing complaint, though. more

Unclogged and flowing. 4/14/2012

Showed up on time and were very friendly and helpful in unclogging my drains. Very effecient in solving my plumbing problems. more

Roto-Rooter 4/14/2012

I dropped something in the toilet in the middle of the night while looking in the medicine cabinet and wasn' t sure what fell in...Roto-Rooter came out and took care of the problem. They are the best and I would recommend them to anyone!!! more

Roto-Roto Plumbers 4/9/2012

We have used Roto-Rooter Plumbers in the Cincinnati Area numberous times. It seems we always have a problem on a Holiday when we have company coming and no water service due \r to an unexpected plumbing problem. They came within 30 minutes after calling them in desperation this time. The plumber was very\r curteous and was able to get us working for the weekend until he could come back Monday with the parts for our aging shower which would not shut off. more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers, Montana Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio -\r I would highly recommend this particular Roto-Rooter, from Montana Ave., in Cincinnati. I called today, 4/5/2012, for a plumber to fix a kitchen sink faucet that was draining with a heavy stream of hot water. And iwthing 45 minutes, a Plumber was at my door, in the middle of a Thursday afternoon! He assesed the problem, fixed it, and was the most professional repairman/plumber, that I've had in my home over the past 27 that we've lived here!!! He was very polite, very understanding of the task that was asked of him, and when he found out there was a small problem with our drain pipe under the sink, he took care of that for us too!!! If you live in the Northern KY, area, especially in Campbell County, KY., I would highly recommend that you request the plumber that we had today..., his first name is Jimi, and lives locally in Northern KY. We have used Roto-Rooter several times in the past and have always received excellent and very prompt service from them. Our most recent experience, just a few days ago, was no different. The plumber arrived about 1 hr. after our call and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. more

Five stars for the plumbers who came to my home Sunday and Tuesday! I've been in my Cincinnati home for almost two years, and this is the first plumbing issue - and it was a doozy ! Both Ron and Dominic were very professional, honest and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves ! I live in the Cincinnati area and I have issues with my main drain line clogging about once a year due to not enough fall in the pipe. Whenever I need a plumber to deal with this I call Roto Rooter. The last two years, Mike has responded to my house. He is prompt and professional. This time he found and cleared the clog about 40' out. He set up, cleared the clog, cleaned up and was out of here in about 45 minutes total. I could not be more satisfied by the service. Thanks Mike! Don't take this personally, but I hope to not see you next year! :-) more

broken sump pump 3/16/2012

I highly recommend roto-rooter. Our sump pump broke during the horrible thunderstorms we have been having. I called Roto-rooter around 11:30 pm and Bill was here at 1:30 to replace the sump pump and the seal. The seal was put on incorrectly and made the task of getting it off very difficult. Bill did a complete job and did not finish until 5 am. My husband and I were shocked that Roto-rooter does not charge a middle of the night fee (we were very happy with that). If we ever need a plumber again, I will definately request Roto-rooter and Bill! more

After a quick inspection of the drain pipes, work was started and then completed quickly. The person also gave some suggestions to help prevent the same issue in the future. A quick job with no mess to clean up. more

This past weekend, as I started to do laundry, my entire basement flooded. Come to find out, we had a clog in our main line drain. I called roto-rooter, in hopes that some one would be able to make it out in the next few days. However, when I called, they were available right then! Very fast service. When the guy arrived, he was very professional and arrived on time. After I explained what the issue was, he got straight to work. He explained what he had found and my options. He was not pushy at all. In fact, he was discouraging me from going the most expensive route, just to save me money. I highly recommend this company! more
