Our service call, from #17026036 was wonderful. He had to make a second service call within the same day due to another problem, and offered suggestions to prevent future problems. He even assisted in moving appliances and assisting me stabilize a washing machine water pipe. He was very helpful and respectful, and definitely went above and beyond in helping me. I would recommend their services to my family and friends. more

Roto- Rooter Plumbers 2/12/13 2/12/2013

We had a mess in our kitchen with a clogged sink. We called Roto-Rooter at 11 a.m. to see when we could set up an appointment. They were at our house an hour later! Chuck came in, looked at our sinks, and explained our options. He cleaned out the sink and was finished in less than an hour. He was professional, nice, and did a great job. I was so relieved to have the problem fixed in such little time. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter for our next plumbing problem- great service! more

Very Good Service 2/10/2013

We had a leaky toilet upstairs which caused some problems in the ceiling below the leak. We were able to schedule our appointment online for a day that was convenient for us. When the plumber was running late, we received several calls to update us when the plumber would arrive. The plumber, Chuck, was very neat in his work to fix the leak in the toilet and inspect the damage in the ceiling. He was careful to clean up after himself and leave instructions for how long to leave the sealant cure before we could use the toilet. The repair has held and he gave us a discount on his work since we had Roto-Rooter in to repair the toilet previously. more

Called after five on a Sunday with my main drain line clogged and Andy technician 1340 was there and had the problem solved and gone by 8:00 PM! Excellent, professional, friendly service. Highly recommended! Don't forget to go to their website first and print a coupon! Saved $40! more

On 12/6/12, the night before our annual Xmas party we discovered that we had standing water in the basement that had overflowed into the great room carpeted area. Our regular plumber actually recommended that we call Roto-Rooter as he could not get out that night. We called and the technician/plumber was there within 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, but he did not have the part. He made sure that we were first up in the morning and that the water restoration company was there first thing in the morning too. It was an expensive part, sadly for our pocketbook especially at Xmas, but we were very satisfied with the service that Roto-Rooter performed for us. Our Xmas party was delegated to stay upstairs but it went off without a hitch and I think they all had a great time. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter at 2125 Montana Avenue, Cincinnati Ohio again. more

On 11/30/2012, a feeder line to one of our water heaters burst spilling water into our basement. We called Roto-Rooter at 2125 Montana, Ave, Cincinnati OH before 8 a.m. and they had a plumber at our house by 9 a.m. He was very courteous and professional. He identified the problem, fixed it and did some preventative maintenance on the other lines to the water heater. He was done before 11 a.m. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 10/13/12 10/15/2012

I was very impressed with the service I received from Roto-Rooter plumber in Cincinnati, OH. We had a leak at 4pm on a Saturday to the main water line coming into the house. They arrived within 2 hrs and I received several calls to let me know exactly when they would arrive. Two gentlemen arrived and they were very friendly and attentive. They replaced the valve but after they left I noticed it had a super small leak. I called them back and they sent another gentlemen out who was also super friendly and courteous. He fixed it and we were good to go. I had a good experience and would use them again despite the fact that I thought their prices were a bit high. more

We had an emergency sanitatary sewer back up problem late Sat. 9/29/2012. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent William and his associate to our home. William accessed the situation in order to make a dertermination as where to start. He proceeded to clear the drain exactly where he had said the problem was. He performed in a timley and most courteous manner. I commend Roto-Rooter for having such an asset to your company. Thank you William more

Plumber Wil was very helpful and knowledgable while working on the drains for our new house in Cincinnati. He looked at work the previous owners had done 3 & 6 years ago and recommend some items based on that. He was prompt and showed what he has doing and the blockages as he went. Great service 8/25/2012

I was in desperate need of a plumber in the Cincinnati area when my bathtub filled with orange resin beads. The service was fairly quick. They were able to come to my house within a few hours and quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem. I was very pleased with Plumber Will, and felt he was very helpful. more

Great Job! 8/19/2012

I had a terrible drain problem in the utility tub and water backed up from the kitchen sink and would not drain. I called at 8am on a Sunday and the technician arrived within an hour. He was very professional and quickly resolved the problem. He explained everything and cleaned up afterwards before leaving. The cost was reasonable and I definitely will call again when I have plumbing issues. Thank you very much for a great job! more
