Review content:
We had an emergency sanitatary sewer back up problem late Sat. 9/29/2012. I called Roto-Rooter and they sent William and his associate to our home. William accessed the situation in order to make a dertermination as where to start. He proceeded to clear the drain exactly where he had said the problem was. He performed in a timley and most courteous manner. I commend Roto-Rooter for having such an asset to your company. Thank you William
