July 6th - Over the 4th of July holiday we had the condensation drain pipe burst in our basement and the flooring was soaked. I called other plumbers but they were all busy. I've called Roto-Rooter before and always had a great experience. Greg was out within a hour of my call and the next day they had a guy out to open the trench and quickly repair. We are in the middle of selling our house and there fast response made this unexpected diaster easy for us to get through. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers July 10, 2012 7/11/2012

Wow! Just wow. My husband called Roto-Rooter and less than 30 later they were at our door. We did not say it was an emergency, that is apparently how they do business. THE RIGHT WAY! \r The two technicians got to work right away diagnosing the plumbing problem and gave us an estimate right then. After we consented to the repairs, they quickly went to work. In no time at all, our pipes were cleaned out and repaired and I was able to prepare dinner. Thank you Roto-Rooter for being so professional and courteous. You are our plumbers for life! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6/13/12 7/1/2012

We called Roto-Rooter (Cincinnati) with an emergency for our septic system, on 6/11/12 and they arrived quickly and professionally. The gentlemen, Bill & William, who took the call were very nice and knowledgeable and explained all the different options we could do so fix our problem. After discussing our options we were very happy to have them come back out to fix our septic. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, 6/25/12 -- We needed a plumber in Cincinnati today, called with basement floor drain issue and Kevin and his trainee were at the house within half an hour. They did great work, were very straightforward about the situation and pricing, and left the area clean and dry. We were also able to use the $40 off any service coupon which helped with the cost. more

When in Need Indeed!! 6/25/2012

Called yesterday for an emergency and Kevin Finley and James came right away (faster than a pizza) After giving us an estimate and us trying to auger it ourselves we called back on Sunday and requested Kevin and James. They were to our house quick as a flash (within 40 min of us calling) stayed for over 2 hours and got us back to good!!! To me it was more than worth it to pay $225 (end price after finding our $40 off service coupon) They were extremely friendly, professional, and thorough!! Great guys to have on your team! Thanks!! Will recommend you to family and friends!! more

Roto Rooter plumbers 6/22/12 6/23/2012

I hired a plumber from the Cincinnati Roto-Rooter for repair on a main sewer line that was busted. They came out in a timely manor. We were very please with the work as they completeded it the same day they came and were very effecient. The four of them Mark,Ladd, Chris, and Mark worked together very professionally. I would highly recommend them in any matter of plumbing! more

I would rate this business, excellent. My experience with the plumber was very detailed and proffesional. I received information I have never received before and that was a CD of my main line that was some how blocked after going so far into the sewer system. This procedure helped me tremendously, and the plumber was very sympathetic to my situation. He offered many solutions to help me with the services. I live in the Cincinnati area. Our garbage disposal broke on Memorial 6/7/2012

Our garbage disposal broke on Memorial Day weekend. We couldn't run our dishwasher or kitchen sink without it. We called Roto-Rooter on Sunday night and they scheduled us for 8-10 the next morning. The dispatcher called and said the plumber would be there within 30-40 minutes. 1 hour 15 minutes later and still no plumber. I called back and they called the plumber while I was on the phone. Plumber was friendly and did a good job in a short amount of time. A bit pricey, but I would have paid more for holiday pay at a different service. Will use again! more

Roto-Rooter, Cincinnati 5/28/2012

I had what turned out to be a major problem with a clogged home sewer line. Roto-Rooter responded to the initial call for help within just a couple of hours. When it became apparent that this was not going to be an easy fix, they made my situation a priority, lining up the necessary manpower and equipment. Unfortunately, the repair ended up being a dig through both my and my neighbor's yards, but I felt like I was working with people who sympathized with my predicament and were truly doing their best to resolve it.
