Best plumber in Cincinnati! Very fair, reasonable and knowledgeable. We had a backup in our basement and they responded quickly and professionally. Roto Rooter diagnosed the problem using state of the art camera making the remedy more effective. I definately recommend roto-rooter to anyone with main problems. more

I have had very good experiences with roto-rooter. They are very considerate and uncondescending. They would always put shoe covers on before they entered the house. It's the little things that count. Very nice and professional. Roto-rooter is the best way to go! more

Best Way To Go 3/5/2011

Roto-rooter came by my house to fix a leaky faucet. I was so upset that this may cost me an arm and a leg. My roto-rooter guy, Will, explained to me all of my options and what was the best way to go for my needs. He was very nice and uncondescending. He wore shoe covers in my house. It's the little things that count. more

roto-rooter job well done 3/3/2011

I am writing this review for my 83 year old mother in law.She was so happy they(roto-rooter montana branch) could come out at 8 p.m. to auger out the line so she could use her laundry and kitchen sink.Bill worked for 2 hrs and cleaned up completly and even fixed a previously existing leak on the laundy tub.She had never used roto-rooter before but if a plumbing problem arises that will be who she calls from now on. We had a backup in our laundry room and called Roto-Rooters as we hve used them before. Our plumber, Will was prompt and very friendly, and had our main line cleaned out within 1 hour. Had a great experience and would reccommend them to anyone living in Cincinnati. more

I live in the Cincinnati area and needed to hire a plumber to unclog a bathtub drain.I have used roto rooter in the past and have been very satisfied with their services. I called and talked to a really nice woman that told me she was able to have someone out to my house in 2 hours! The plumber that came out was named Will and he was great. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. If I need any plumbing services in the future I will be calling roto rooter for sure. more

I had a drain that was backing sewage up in my basement. I tried to "snake " it myself with no success. The Technician arrived on a Sunday afternoon within the time promised. He was very courteous and professional. He explained the process before he started. He was very careful not to track anything around the rest of the house. Roto rooter 2/12/2011

We had a major clog in our main line. We tried to fix it with chemicals and our rented snake. We couldn't fix it. So we called Roto- Rooter late at night and the tech did a great job. We had major roots in our pipes.The price was right. I would definitely call them again. Thank you Our service was on 2-6-2011 . Andy was our tech. He did a great job. Our house is back to normal.=) more

Roto-Rooter Rules!! 2/7/2011

We had sewage backing up thru our drain covers on the basement floor...clogged main drain. Tried Roto-Rooter for the first time & was most pleased. Rapid response, extremely friendly & knowledgable plumber...all at a very reasonable price. He arranged for a free follow-up where a camera viewed our pipes...another very knowledgable and very nice person showed up. Highly recommended...I'll use them again. more
