On 1/22/11 I contacted Roto-Rooter because my hot water tank stopped working. The friendly customer service rep. told me that a service tech will arrive at my house between 8:00am-10:00am the following morning. True to their word, Bill #811 arrived at my door at 8:30am.\r

After looking over the water tank, I was informed that I needed a new one. Bill was very friendly and patient when answering the many questions asked. He did his work very professionally and did not leave the house until the hot water was coming from the faucets and the work was done to his satisfaction.\r

I would have given 5 starts, but I'll admit that I was shocked with the cost. I think you will agree when I write, it is always costly when having professional service. In the end, it is worth it knowing that the job was done correctly!\r

I will call Roto Rooter, especially the Cleveland location, again, if need be. I have dealt with other plumbing companies, in the past, and Roto-Rooter is tops!!\r
