Review content:
We started off with a what we thought was a simple problem and it turned out to a be a major problem. We had 4 breaks in our main sewer line with one of the breaks being a total collapse. Everyone from the initial tech Jason, the second tech Floydd, the areojet tech Bo and the excavation crew tech Scott were wonderful. They explained eveything that they were going to do, what they had done and what the next phase was going to be. Their supervisor, Dan was great at explaining everything as well. Dan even made a special trip out with a camera to show what exactly they were seeing and what our options are. Roto-Rooter is definately my plumber here in Cleveland.
