Roto-Rooter really did make my troubles go down the drain - in this case it was a shower pan drain. It kept on leaking and stained our ceiling, caused mold...well you get the idea...

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 6-19-10 6/19/2010

Our kitchen sink drain stopped working and a plumber was needed. We called Roto-Rooter in Cleveland and Dennis #2837 arrived in an hour, even thought it was a Saturday. He was very professional and solved the problem in no time. We opted for the Whole House special and he serviced the two bathrooms and garage drain. more

Broken Toilet 6/18/2010

We had problems with a leaking toilet at a time when my husband was recovering from a broken ankle. John 2723 came when expected and got the job done in no time at all. During his visit we discovered that we had no water due to a broken water main. John gave us helpful information to deal with the aftermath of that problem too. more

John 2723 came out to fix my main plumbing drain. He was fantastic. He worked hard until the job was complete and was very informative. He even gave me good tips on how to maintain my plumbing issues and went above and beyond in my opinion. Highly recommended. more

Jason 960 and Larry answered the initial call and were very professional and diligent in verifying our problem. They literally spent hours figuring out what needed to be done. Once the decision was made Jason 960 and Andy 1897 along with John and Scott returned on March 4, 2010 to repair the broken pipes in the basement and front yard. They were careful of a bush in the front by where they were digging and I really appreciated that care. They were once again extremely professional. Larry was a master with the back hoe. The job was done quickly and efficiently considering that the entire front yard pipe was being replaced. We were impressed with the speed of response and how easy and friendly all the guys were to work with. Roto-Rooter has always been there when we needed them. Hopefully, we won't need them quite so much anymore. more

There was a water leak in the ceiling of a vacant property we wanted to purchase. We needed the pipes repaired quickly in order to close. We were sent a repairman that had over 30 years of experience. He made us feel comfortable and explained every step of the process. He made the repair as tidy as possible and protected the property from any further damage. We are completely satisfied with the service and would recommend and use the service again. more

Excellent, quick service! 2/18/2010

I called Roto-Rooter to help me with a back up in my basement shower. A dispatcher called me within 10 minutes of me placing my call to let me know that his technician Larry #30-418 would be at my house within a half hour. Larry was VERY professional, friendly, and knowledgeable!!! He consulted with me and sought to understand my issues. Larry made suggestions and recommendations on how to not only solve them today, but on how to prevent them in the future as well. He answered all of my questions in an informative, educational, and respectful manner. Larry has a very pleasant demeanor and is customer-friendly! I would absolutely call our local branch (Cleveland) of Roto-Rooter again, as well as recommend them to family and friends. A very timely job well done!!! Thanks, Roto-Rooter! Roto-Rooter plumbers 1/21/10 1/21/2010

My son flushed a shaving cream cap down the toilet and the it wouldn't flush/drain. I had originally called a different plumbing service and had waited 4 hours for them to come when I got a call saying they couldn't come until the next day. I have little kids who can't "hold-it" very long and I had already gone almost 2 days without our only toilet and didn't want to make it 3 so I called Roto-Rooter and they were here in an hour. Gave me different scenarios of what he could do and how much each would cost. Had it done quickly and for a fair price. I was even able to use an on-line coupon. Would absolutely call them again because they were so quick. more

Fixed the problem immediately 1/14/2010

They did come to my house and fix my leaking toilet, it took the dude 15 minutes to fix the problem. Okay so that part was cool, the downside was that they are a rip off! $250 dollars to replace a couple parts in a toilet, seems unresonable to me. Especially for 15 minutes of labor. I don't think I will ever call them again unless I get desperate. Another time too I called them for another toilet, he looked at it and knew right away there was nothing he could do and I just needed a new toilet. Instead of telling me that, he decides to to replace some parts kind of like the other problem I had. Much to no one's surprise, the toilet was still messed up and I needed a new one. So he charged $305 dollars to tell me that I need a new toilet. That's reasonable, notttttttttt! Pros: Fixed the problem Cons: A complete ripoff more

Called Roto Rooter on Wednesday 12/16/09. They had a plumber here within an hour and a half. He (Darryl) was very professtional and completed the job in a timely manner. We will be sure to use Roto Rooter for all of our plumbing needs. more
