They did come to my house and fix my leaking toilet, it took the dude 15 minutes to fix the problem. Okay so that part was cool, the downside was that they are a rip off! $250 dollars to replace a couple parts in a toilet, seems unresonable to me. Especially for 15 minutes of labor. I don't think I will ever call them again unless I get desperate. Another time too I called them for another toilet, he looked at it and knew right away there was nothing he could do and I just needed a new toilet. Instead of telling me that, he decides to to replace some parts kind of like the other problem I had. Much to no one's surprise, the toilet was still messed up and I needed a new one. So he charged $305 dollars to tell me that I need a new toilet. That's reasonable, notttttttttt!
Pros: Fixed the problem
Cons: A complete ripoff
