Review content:
We have had repeated problems with roots in our pipes over the years. We have had multiple quote in the past for replacements of the lines costing multiple thousand dollars. We had Roto-Rooter out recently to cleanout the roots again. After some miscommunications from the Dispatchers the first day we called, we were forced to re-schedule the following day. Again the following day the Dispatcher told us that the technician would be here over an hour earlier than he actually showed up. \r
When the technician showed up, he was friendly and helpful. While cleaning out the drains, he insisted that his supervisor come out and see the shape of our pipes. The supervisor showed up and was also friendly. He explained to me that there was another option to replacing our lines completely that would be about half the price. \r
Overall the experience was fine and I don't know of a better option to cleaning the roots our of our drains, but was not exceptionally impressed either.
