Roto-Rooter Plumbers

I worked with John. I keep seeing number 3623 here about him, but my reciept says 2723 so it might be a different John. In any case, this guy was a hero. We've had problems with our toilet and sink for over a year, and couldn't call a plumber because the last one quoted us 1200 dollars to fix it. I finally worked up enough money to do so, called Roto Rooter, and they sent John. He said he would take care of it, and estimated $400!! We have money leftover to take a weekend somewhere, and my lady and I couldn't be more happy. He worked hard and tirelessly - fixing both issues in two hours time. No price was raised - and even when a suprise problem hit, he thought his way around it instead of resorting to further charges on the bill. He taught me what was going on and when - and showed me how to do it myself should the problem arise in the future. The lessons alone were worth the $400 I spent. This gentleman is a credit to your organization and needs to be commended for it. I know most people don't say anything unless they're angry... but it's highly necessary that John be recognized for going above and beyond - and fixing a year long problem that was no less than the largest source of stress to our household. I may just be one customer, but if I were managing this dispatch I would make sure that all other employees were made aware of this case. more

In the process of purchasing my house, I decided to have the sewer and water lines inspected. It was easy to make the appointment and the coordinator at Roto-Rooter was responsive and friendly. On the day of the inspection, Jason gave me information without being alarming. The house is old and he wanted to prepare me for what he could learn once he tried to inspect. It turned out that the lines were completely packed with roots and the camera inspection wasn't possible. Jason answered all my questions (at the time of the inspection AND after when I called him back). It was great to identify the problems beforehand and also know how to move forward. I was very impressed with Jason. And despite the bad news....extremely happy that I had the lines inspected and will now work with Jason to solve the problem. more

My family was not to happy with our clogged sink and my inability to fix it myself. ( I did TRY!) After annoying my family all morning long singing the Roto- Rooter theme song I gave up and made the call. David 2781 came to the rescue. All i have to say is that he earned every penny! That man worked hard, was professional and fixed a tough problem. I am short and had difficulty getting to the pipes. David 2781 is not short and somehow managed to get his hands in and fix the problem. David 2781 is the reason I will go back to Roto-Rooter in the future. Now if i can just get the theme song out of my head. p.s.- David 2781 if you actually read this the greatest movie John Wayne was ever in (In my opinion) is the Quiet Man. A MUST SEE!!!!!!!! more

I am so pleased with my service from Roto Rooter Plumbers in Cleveland. The toilet in my upstairs bathroom was not flushing, Joe came on 8/16 and cleaned out the toilet and got it flushing again. I will be calling them when I need to have my new toilet installed. more

called roto rooter during yesterday storm and heavy rain on 8/15/11. basement was flooding sewers backing up. John #3623 the tech came out he was awesum. he knew his stuff very friendly and professional snaked out the drains ran the camera to make sure blockage was cleared also gave great advise to prevent the problem from happening again. Roto Rooter to the rescue once again to unclog my blocked kitchen sink. Mike and his partner were punctual and efficient, fair and friendly. They explained to me in detail what was wrong and how they would fix it. They were here for 2 hours working on a very dirty job. Mike was very professional and an excellent plumber. I called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday morning after taking a cold shower and was told that someone would be to my house between noon and 3 PM. I received a call at about 1:30 stating that the plumber was on his way. He arrived at 2:00 looked at our hot water tank and gave us the two options we had to fix the problem. He went through everything including time, cost, and his opinion as to which we should do. He left to get the supplies and upon his return installed our new hot water tank. His professionalism and his cleanliness are what I want in a plumber. He answered all of our questions and kept us informed the entire time he was working. I had an appointment made with Roto Rooter Plumbers to come to my home in Cleveland, to clean out my basement floor drain. I called Roto Rooter when I came home to see if they could send some body sooner due to an emergency. I was very fortunate that they sent there service tech Jesse a couple hours sooner than my original appointment time. He was very quick and friendly and explained what was going on when I asked him questions. When he was completed, he told me of a couple ways to try to maintain my pipes due to root problems. When my hot water heater wouln't stay lit an internet search came up with several plumber listings. I chose Roto-Rooter because I recognized their name and have seen their vans around the Cleveland area many times. It was 8:30 p.m. when I called and advised that I needed/wanted a new hot water heater. As promised, Floy the plumber arrived within an hour. Floy quickly assessed the situation, gave me the pricing and with my approval went to work removing and installing the new unit. It was a tight fit with little room to work but Floy was professional and never lost his cool. Roto-Rooter's service was exceptional and I would highly recommend them and, of course, I will use them again when the need arises! more
