I worked with John. I keep seeing number 3623 here about him, but my reciept says 2723 so it might be a different John. In any case, this guy was a hero. We've had problems with our toilet and sink for over a year, and couldn't call a plumber because the last one quoted us 1200 dollars to fix it. I finally worked up enough money to do so, called Roto Rooter, and they sent John. He said he would take care of it, and estimated $400!! We have money leftover to take a weekend somewhere, and my lady and I couldn't be more happy. He worked hard and tirelessly - fixing both issues in two hours time. No price was raised - and even when a suprise problem hit, he thought his way around it instead of resorting to further charges on the bill. He taught me what was going on and when - and showed me how to do it myself should the problem arise in the future. The lessons alone were worth the $400 I spent. This gentleman is a credit to your organization and needs to be commended for it. I know most people don't say anything unless they're angry... but it's highly necessary that John be recognized for going above and beyond - and fixing a year long problem that was no less than the largest source of stress to our household. I may just be one customer, but if I were managing this dispatch I would make sure that all other employees were made aware of this case.
