Review content:
In the process of purchasing my house, I decided to have the sewer and water lines inspected. It was easy to make the appointment and the coordinator at Roto-Rooter was responsive and friendly. On the day of the inspection, Jason gave me information without being alarming. The house is old and he wanted to prepare me for what he could learn once he tried to inspect. It turned out that the lines were completely packed with roots and the camera inspection wasn't possible. Jason answered all my questions (at the time of the inspection AND after when I called him back). It was great to identify the problems beforehand and also know how to move forward. I was very impressed with Jason. And despite the bad news....extremely happy that I had the lines inspected and will now work with Jason to solve the problem.
