I was impressions by the thoroughness and knowledge demonstrated by the staff. They really have in-depth info on my car and really seemed genuinely interested in my welfare.

After 15 years and three cars (two mercedes and a landrover) of excellent service at Rolfs, they seem to have lost it. Took the Land Rover in for brakes and when we picked it up,...

Exceptional Service and an Honest Job for a Fair Rate. 2/23/2014

I recently had a catastrophic engine failure in a Porsche Boxster. Rolf's did a great job of replacing the engine and did it right. No short cuts and they did it just under the estimated cost which was very competetive with any other estimate I got. A business that looks to build a customer relationship by doing quality work and charging a fair rate for the work done RESPONSE FROM Rolf's Import Auto Service: We were also very pleased and proud of the final product...your Porsche runs, drives and looks great. I had good service experience with Rolf for my old 1997 BMW 318 which had several electric issues. 1/30/2014

Repair cost was very reasonable and service staff was very kind. It was my first time to get service there and I was pleased with result and service I received. more

I go to Rolf's at Fife. They keep my 1986 325e in great condition. 1/23/2014

I have had a number of repairs Rolf's at Fife over the years. They are great at letting you know when there is a condition that needs immediate attention. The 1986 325e is in great condition. I have had a number of folks stopping me wanting to purchase it. I recently had an oil service, belts replacement and numerous other repairs including fog light cover replacement and new wipers. The car has over 200,000 miles and their team still can keep it going although I know they spend more time with much more technological modern vehicles. Rolf's @ Fife is timely, courteous and trustworthy. I wouldn't go anywhere else with our two Mercedes. 1/15/2014

Rolf's simply takes care of our vehicles in fine fashion. They are attendant to all details and they take care of our checkbook by only recommending parts and maintenance that is essential. Friendly, professional folks providing good service! 1/10/2014

Peter and his team in Fife are taking care of my 30 year old Porsche 911. In the year and a half I have owned it, I have only brought it to Rolf's for service. Peter and his staff are consistent in their great, dependable service. I appreciate knowing I can trust what they tell me and know my vehicle will be well cared for. I have been going to them for years since I purchased my Mercedes and had a horrible experience with the Robert Larson Mercedes repair shop in Fife. I am so glad that Rolfs was referred to me and would not hesitate to take any vehicle I own there. more

The reason I keep giving them my business is because of their outstanding service department and courteous and knowledgeable customer support staff. Nice people who really pay attention to detail. 1/3/2014

I used to take my car to other dealers. They always get me in at Rolf's Import Auto Service. Yes, it has taken a little longer for oil changes and things like that, but they go through my car really well to tell me of future problems and things that should probably be fixed soon. I was in a pinch due to a mechanical failure but Rolf's staff was great and worked with me to get me back on the road as quickly possible. 12/26/2013

I would not hesitate to recommend Rolf's. They kept me in the loop as to repair coats and time frame, and were pleasant to work with throughout the whole experience. Not to mention their kindness and compassion toward me in this situation. more
