I have a 2002 BMW 540i and use it as my daily driver. Peter at the Fife Rolf's auto service provides the best service I have had for any of my vehicles. Prior to dealing with Peter I used the dealer and all I can say is there is not comparison to the level if service and professionalism. I send him referels of friends and family and Im glad he's there. No dissapontments! more

I had them perform a Buyers Inspection on a '02 BMW M3 I wanted to buy. The inspection was thorough and detailed giving me confidence to buy the car. I then took my car in for a major service, and a couple of repairs found in the inspection, which I do with my newly purchased cars. The work was thorough and the reports are detailed telling me exactly what was done. After I received my car and was enjoying it my horn stuck in the on position while driving down the freeway. I pulled over in a safe location with my horn honking... embarrassing . I turned the car off and called Mark who quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem by phone. I took out the horn fuses to shut them off and took the car to Rolfs the next morning. They found the problem, which was exactly as Mark's phone diagnosis, and fixed it. This repair was no fault of their service, and there was NO CHARGE!! They went above and beyond was I expected with exceptional customer service and expertise. I found a 2002 BMW M3 I was considering buying and want to have the car inspected and get it on the rack. I took my prior BMWs to Rolfs in the late 90's and was very happy with the work then. So I called to make an appointment and they squeezed me in... a car buyer is always anxious to get the verdict on their selected car. They did a very comprehensive review of the car, prepared a reported, and provided an estimate for the few things they recommended for repair. Well, I bought the car and am now scheduling the normal service and small repair items. more

My grandpa left me a classic car (hate the game, not the player), and I recently felt the need to get it up and running again. I took it into Rolf's for a diagnostic. They were wonderful to work with--clear about their diagnosis, didn't hide the ball, responsive to the max with phone calls and clearly laid out emails. Friendly staff...even a fridge with complimentary beverages in the waiting room. Oh, and one of their employees drove me home, 20 minutes away! This is the only place I'll be bringing my Porsche to have it worked on. Ever. more

Automobile's problem was resolved by Rolf's technicians. The service was timely and auto was returned as promised. I was given a ride home while the auto was under repair and picked up when work was completed. Rolf's does great work and I recommend them as your auto service center. more

I usually take in my vehicle in to Rolf's for maintenance. Recently they did a coolant flush and brake service. It turned out perfect. I've been a customer of theirs for about about five years. Overall I'm satisfied with their work. I have only one concern with work that was done about a year and a half ago. The car is still spilling oil and it's bothering me so I have to take it in for a follow up. I love their pick up and drop off service. I also really like the scheduling, it works well.
