I was impressions by the thoroughness and knowledge demonstrated by the staff. They really have in-depth info on my car and really seemed genuinely interested in my welfare.

After 15 years and three cars (two mercedes and a landrover) of excellent service at Rolfs, they seem to have lost it. Took the Land Rover in for brakes and when we picked it up,...

I took my S430 to ROLF'S .. It wasn't responding when I turned the key. They diagnosed my problems with the car. And charged me a fair price. However I ran into financial problems and personal problems with my family... And the people there done the unexpected. So I deeply appreciate what you have done. I will always use your services in the future and I will refer ROLF'S to anyone. Thank you very much. Words can't explain. more

You really can’t do any better than Rolf’s. Incredibly knowledgeable management and mechanics. Honest, fast and thorough. I have two older, very high mileage vehicles and Rolf’s has them running better than when I bought them. Amazing! Better quality of work and service than I have ever received at a dealership. They make you feel that you and your car matter to them and always work hard to help you find the most economical way to fix and maintain your vehicle. Lakewood Service Manager Kassandra Lane is a TOP NOTCH professional. I trust Rolf’s and know you will too. Highly recommend! more

They Take Really Good Care of Our Cars 5/18/2018

I've been going to Rolf's Import Auto Service for about fifteen years and I'm very satisfied with what they do. I have two BMWs and we've had them in for all different kinds of service. I don't remember the last servicing but it was probably an oil change. BMWs are very expensive and the parts are too. Rofl's give you the same parts that BMW does but the service is much more reasonably priced. They have good technicians who really know what they're doing. I would recommend them to anybody. I've been going there for so long that I know Mark the owner, Peter the serviceman, and some of the technicians. They take really good care of our cars. more

Great, Consistent Service 2/23/2018

Overall, I was very happy with the service from Rolf's Import Auto Service. The last time that I used the company, the staff did an oil change for me and they did a great job. I think that the employees are professional and easy to work with. The service has been consistently positive each time that I have used them, and I would highly recommend their service to other people. If I needed to use their service in the future, I definitely would. Everything went smoothly, so thanks for all of the work! more

Goes above and beyond..... 2/14/2018

I've been taking my cars to Rolf's since the late 1980's. I can honestly say they have treated me very well over the many years. A few years ago, they opened a 2nd shop in Fife and I given it was closer and more convenient, I started taking my cars there. Pete and the guys in the shop always come through. If its a simple or complicated fix, they get the job done.. Thanks guys for taking care of my M3 - Rod more

Great Customer Service. 1/10/2018

Rolf's Import Auto Service is the only company that I trust with my vehicle, they have been nothing but helpful to me from my first visits a couple years back. Very impressive customer service throughout and job, the quality of their work is really unmatched in this area. Their staff is super helpful and informative, they have been in business for a while so they are very experienced as well. Their prices are a little above what other companies would charge but you can't put a price on quality! I would highly recommend their services. more

November 28th, 2017 Oil Change Service 11/29/2017

I have always taken my car to the dealership for any kind of service until I discovered Rolf's Auto. I own a Lexus RX330. I have been nothing but impressed and thankful for not only the quality of the work but the communication and honesty that Rolf's provide. Kassandra is one of the most helpful people that guides me on what my car needs, even if I don't take it in for service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality and exceptional service. more

Years and Years of Reliable Service!! 11/9/2017

I've been using Rolf's Import Auto Service for quite some time, now. Probably about ten years, actually, and they've been consistently reliable and with quality service, this entire time. Most recently, I had my BMW worked on, and, like always, it was easy to make the appointment, work was completed on time, and it was absolutely worth the price. I recommend them to others, all the time, and would absolutely recommend them to you! more

2nd to NO ONE! 11/9/2017

I have never been more impressed with an auto repair location. Kassie and Oscar at the front are just... impressive. Their knowledge on my F10 and what work was needed blew me away. I had an issue with my fan/blower system not blowing heat or AC. They received my car on Monday and had the parts/labor/work done and the car was ready by Tuesday afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend taking any vehicle to them and watch them blow you away. Thank you Kassie and team for everything. You've earned a customer for life! more

Honest Shop with Comparable Prices 8/30/2017

I would definitely go back to Rolf's Import Auto Service. Their customer service and honesty was great. I took my car there the first time because it stalled on the freeway. They were honest with me that it had just run out of gas. They worked on my Mercedes for some kind of an engine issue and that was quite reasonably priced. Then they did my brakes as well. I've been there a lot and I've sent family members there as well. They're an honest shop with comparable prices. more
