I am quite happy with the work I had done from Rolf's Import Auto Service. I went in there to have them take care of my BMW, the workers there always did a very good job taking care of the car, and making sure it was in good condition to be driven before I took it out of the lot. I no longer use Rolf's as I sold my car recently, but I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of car repairs! more

Rolf's Import Auto Service is by far the best! They are honest and upfront about their charges and that really has made quite an impression on me. I have been a customer of theirs for about 10 years or so - and every time I can rely on their honesty. They do not oversell or make up problems that don't exist just to pump up sales - like most competitors around here have done. One of my key principles is "Do the right thing right the first time." While I have not discussed this with the Rolf's team, they appear to operate using the same principle. It drives me crazy to have to return to the shop because everything was not completed during the first visit. To date, this has NEVER happened in my experience at Rolf's -- the reason I came to Rolf's in the first place. Quality work at a fair price delivers value and with a customer-centric approach. What could be better? I was referred to Rolf's by someone else and in turn refer everyone I know. My 1997 Volvo GLT sedan drives like new because of Rolf's care and attention to detail. Excellent customer service more

I received excellent customer service with prompt responses and communication. Repairs were explained well and pricing was very competitve for a major repair on my Porsche Boxter. I see why they were highly recommended as a repair shop. Bravo Rolfs'! more

I go out to the guys over at Rolf's Import Auto Service all the time to get my car serviced because they are just great. They are honest and upfront with everything and they really do a great job with my car. The turnaround time is pretty good as well. They have good prices and are great guys so that is why I keep going back to them as well. more

Mechanic forced parking lamp out of my Volkswagen Breaking the housing. He was to lazy to lift the hood and remove it the proper way . If he does this what other shortcuts is he doing when I'm not around. When I tried to call mark about this, the counter person blocked my call. Just thought you would like to know why I won't return. more

Ok ive been taking my 2001 e38 bmw into rolf for the span of me owning it it been one other place beside rolfs and i didnt feel good taking my car to them a friend at rolf said come check us out over here so i did and i must say they never up sell me there reasonable with price they use quality parts and there service is a-1 they even offer a drop of service so you dont have to wait there for your car to be serviced more

I was driving from Seattle to Portland and my oil light came on so I stopped here to have them Look at it. They were so friendly when I walked in, checked my car and put a quart of oil in that was needed all in about five minutes! Kassandra and team were so professional and helpful! Thank you guys!! more

These guys are spot on. My 2009 335i was towed in, and they called within a few minutes of receiving it. They had the water pump and thermostat replaced by 1pm the next day. As well of a list of things to keep an eye on. They are BMW certified and know their cars. Their prices are unbeatable as well. Thanks guys! more

Felt compelled today to write just how much I love taking my Audi to Rolf's in Lakewood. I live in Lacey, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love how comfortable I feel going in and talking with the staff and they ALWAYS make sure I leave there happy with a car that runs great! I actually dread the day I might buy a car still under warranty because I just hate going to the dealership. On February 12th of this year I was at my whits end with a situation with my Land Rover hear in Bellevue Washington. I had had my Vehicle into a shop not mentioned here. "They don't deserve the advertising." I had No less than three trips to the prementioned shop with no success or direction of even finding the problem. I finally picked up my car and told them I would explore other options. As it turned out I came back to the car family of caring Rolf's auto imports. They not only were polite and curious about my car They were genuinely interested in me as a person. It took a couple of Days but they diagnosed the problem. Discussed the problem and treatment of repairs and discussed the cost factor before preseeding. What a fabulous experience. I will be a Life long family member of Rolf's Import auto. As long as they will have me. To all of the fine people at Rolf's, Cassandra, Frisco, Dana , and all the Service techs that are there. And of course Mark who is the best at carrying the Legacy of Rolf's on for more than 46 years. Thy have two locations with the same family of caring people to serve us all. This place rocks its a long time lakewood stable business. everyone is so friendly i feel like ive walked into a house of family, i would recommend this place to any and every one. my 2001 e38 bmw 740il has never drivin better, Kassandra is always a help making me feel like i was the only customer when there gararge is full my car will never see the inside of another Mechanics garage THANKS ROLF'S YOU guys/gals are F-ing awesome more

I brought my 91 E30 to Rolf's for an ABS issue and oil leak. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem while providing an impressive level of customer service. These guys really take pride in their business and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more
