Very helpful 6/20/2011

Three companies tried, but Renters Warehouse rented my place in less time and for more money than the others. Although there were some problems after lease signing (I was equally at fault for those), the company went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I would definitely use them again. more

As with most people my priority is not renting my rental property, it is my job and family Renters Warehouse makes it their priority and takes care of everything. It has been a turn key service and if you are looking for help Renters Warehouse is the way to go. more

It wasn't the best time of the year to start renting but we tried anyway. It was slow at first but Rob stuck with it and eventually had many showings. An interested renter soon came forward and renters warehouse did an excellent job of screening this candidate. more

I called with an inquiry as to how this process works and within a week I had Mr Ortner at my property. He was professional, answered all my questions (and I had alot), and gave me an estimate of what type of rent he could get. Maybe two weeks later he had renters for the right price. Credit check sent to my email. Great communication. We have a signed lease and are just weeks away from getting my first tenant in. It can't always be this smooth and easy, can it? I would go through Renters Warehouse again 5/9/2011

My agent was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He did pretty much all of the work, all I had to do was provide some information every so often - it was exactly what i wanted for finding renters. more
