I found Renters Warehouse online and have been using them for about a year and a half now. It was Nick's personality and character that made me decide to use Renters Warehouse. He was so easy to talk to and explained everything so thoroughly no matter what questions I threw at him. Nick has gotten me some really good renters. The women in the office at Renters Warehouse also have been wonderful to work with. I continue to use their service because of their friendliness and the way they explain things to you and keep you informed. They are always on time with the payments. I have no complaints. more

Great service for tenant find 3/6/2010

This is my 2nd time using Renterswarehouse to help me find tenants, and I was very impressed with the results. Josh was my property manager and aggressively helped advertise my property, assisted with the background check, leasing, and consulted me through the process. When I had questions he was quick to respond and I successfully placed a new tenant without any vacany factor from my previous tenants. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service that Renterswarehouse provides and would recommend them to anyone considering converting their primary residence to a rental if they need to buy time to sell in this tough real estate market. more

Renters Warehouse Saves the Day! 12/2/2009

That was the headline on a couple different occasions in working with my Renters Warehouse Agent, Matt Leavitt. My first tenant was placed very quickly, at a time when I couldn't afford to have my unit be vacant. The level of communication was perfect as Matt was always available and always helpful. more

Brandon was polite, quick at getting people in there and quick to respond to my questions. The only reason for my "above average" ratings rather than "excellent" is because while I'm TRILLED our tenants signed a 2 year contract, I think a month and a half's rent plus $79 a month is kind of a lot of money - but, maybe once I see what you do on a monthly basis, the $79 will make sense. more

Great company 7/6/2009

I have had a great expirence working with renters wherehouse. I worked with Danny and his name should be Johnny, for Johnny on the spot. He was quick to return my calls and even answered my call while he was fishing up by the Canadian border. He did a great job estamating a good rental price and detailing any information I needed. This is my first experience at renting a home, it has been very good. Thank you for your service. more

One phone call & all my problems were solved! 5/30/2009

When my renters got 6 months behind on their rent, I looked up property managers online. I called the first week of April, was advised to tell the tenants they needed to be out by April 20th and that my manger would take care of the paperwork. Long story short, the tenants moved out on April 20th and the new tenants moved in on May 1st! I was absolutely amazed! In the meantime, the interior was painted and cleaned. All I had to do was sign papers (I live in another state). So, needless to say, I would highly recommend Renters Warehouse to anyone!
