I would recommend them to anyone trying to alleviate the stress of finding a renter...they have all the tools to make your life easier. more

Brenton and his team have done a great job for us. I have recomended him to several of our friends and property owners which I am sure they will use his services in the near future. We are looking for a new property (28 unit apartment building) which we intend to have Brenton to manage it for us. more

I decided to use Renters Warehouse because they seemed to have a good source of clients as far as people looking to rent homes. I had several homes that needed renters. Renters Warehouse has helped fill many of my 35 homes. They rent them fairly quickly. They also make recommendations as far as what the rent value should be. They do a good job screening clients. I have been using Renters Warehouse for the past year. Brenton, the owner, is straightforward and honorable. I enjoy working with him.
