We are very satisfied with the agent and the service he provided. 1/8/2011

Our agent is very professional and helpful. We were left to rent our twinhome out at the hardest time of year (Nov - Jan). We were very satisfied and impressed with the effort of our agent. He never gave up (showing it weekly) and provided us with someone that best fit the property and our expectations. more

I am very satisfied with the job Jonathan Ortner with Renters Warehouse accomplished for us by finding qualified renters for our condominium. December is not the easiest time to find renters but Jon did it! He is a delight to talk to and work with; I will definitely refer others to this organization. more

Madeline made my life sane again with her help. 12/2/2010

Their service was excellent 11/14/2010

Jon maintained a high level of responsiveness throughout the entire period while the house was listed, as well as have gone the extra mile on tasks that saved us money at the end. Jon kept our best interest in mind while negotiating with potential tenants and showed an overall demeanor of high ethics and integrity that is overall much appreciated. We recommend Jon's services to anyone who might be interested on renting his property in the SouthWest metro more

I am working with Brandon Tillemans at Renters Warehouse more than a year. He did excellent jobs for finding great tenants for my property. He is very professional and answers my questions fast. I highly recommend him to all. Renters Warehouse also did great jobs for the property management. I am very satisfied with their works. more

Overall my experience was very positive 10/6/2010

I had 20 units under management with Renters Warehouse. Most of them I had with a previous company that badly mismanaged them. I had rent collection issues and I had to do most of the property management myself. So, I decided to to transfer all of the occupied to units to Renters Warehouse. The transfer went smoothly. I had 5 or 6 vacant units that were being remodeled and I had Renters Warehouse fill those vacancies as well. There were a couple of bumps along the way, but overall, my experience was very positive. They have been very flexible. Their communication and response rate has been very good. They are good about answering questions and collection is done in a timely manner. We had a couple of setbacks with individuals who were newer, but in general, I think they are very knowledgeable. Kent L. Chief Manager Capital Investment Group more

Responsive and knowledgeable 9/27/2010

When I called Renters Warehouse I was not sure what to expect. I have never rented out a property before and was extremely nervous about all of the responsibilities that would come with it. Renters Warehouse is taking the worry out of renting my house. Not only did they respond to my initial email the same day that I sent it from their website they also had answers to all of my questions and gave me information that I didn't even know that I needed. They are always quick to respond and get back to me with pertinent information. more

Their response time, quality of service, knowledge of the rent to charge, tenant placement, and contract process are all top notch. I have used them for 2 properties and have no need to look elsewhere on future ones. No complaints! more

I feel like Brandon and the Renters Warehouse organization did a great job in representing me as a property owner. I believe they acquired top value for my rental unit and handled everything with my renter wonderfully. I had no issues during their period of service and they were prompt in handling any questions I had. I certainly will recommend them in the future. more

Fabulous Tenants! Well screened. 7/30/2010

I can not say enough good about the tenants that Dean found for both my rental houses. The biggest worry for a landlord is what kind of tenants they get. I am so happy with Renter's Warehouse. The whole process went smoothly. Dean was always prompt about calling me back & answering any of my questions. His advice was very helpful also. I will definitely recommend Renter's Warehouse & use them again myself. Deb more

Madeline at Renters Warehouse took all of the guess work out of being a first time home owner looking for tenants. 7/26/2010

Before putting my house on the market for sale I did a lot of homework. Part of that included talking with Madeline at Renters Warehouse. She gave me great advice! I did decide to first try and sell my house but kept Madeline's contact info close by. Good thing I did. I ended up working with Madeline to find tenants for my house. She was diligent and compassionate toward my concerns. Thankfully with the help of Madeline and Renters Warehouse I have great tenants signing a 12 month lease!! I would strongly recommend Renters Warehouse to anyone who is stuck in this rotten market and needs an alternative to selling their home! more
