I called with an inquiry as to how this process works and within a week I had Mr Ortner at my property. He was professional, answered all my questions (and I had alot), and gave me an estimate of what type of rent he could get. Maybe two weeks later he had renters for the right price. Credit check sent to my email. Great communication. We have a signed lease and are just weeks away from getting my first tenant in. It can't always be this smooth and easy, can it?
I have already recommended Mr Ortners services to others. He was done a wonderful job so far.
