We have lived here three months and have yet to get anything fixed. Our fence blew down the first week we lived there. The lights in the W/D only work occasionally, if you hiton the door just right they come on, the floor is peeling up. The appliances leak. They never come to fix anything. And the manager or owner is rude. The house is nice though, we liked it.
