Puchers is great! The interior designer came out and helped us choose carpeting for 3 rooms, up a stairway and a hallway. She had really great ideas. She matched the carpeting style to the drapes and paint we had. I appreciated and enjoyed all of her suggestions. I was also very impressed with the installers. They were kind, courteous and professional. Best of all, they were willing to work to accommodate our schedule. The entire job was finished in just 2 days! Everything looks beautiful and fresh! more

Puchers provides a great service from beginning to end. Sherry was my salesperson/decorator and did a great job. She took her time with me and we had a lot to do. I never felt rushed and they let me change my mind trying to figure out what works and helped me with it all. The installer was wonderful and everything fit perfectly. We had really unusual windows that don't open all the way around but everything fit like a glove. When he came over to measure, he made suggestions on things that I didn't even think about and it all worked out. I've already recommended them to other people. more

Puchers is fabulous. I just can not say enough about them. They did five windows in my dining and living room. I am very happy with them. I also had two plantation shutters put up and they look great. The young lady I worked with there is a doll. She is such a nice kid. The gentleman who came to install them was a very nice guy. He even went into another room and fixed some blinds for me that I did not purchase from them. I highly recommend them to everybody. This is a really great company. more

We just moved to a new home, and I went to Puchers when I had to order new blinds. I wasn't sure what kind I wanted, and the girl who I worked with was very helpful. She showed me all the options for what I wanted, and I picked out the color I wanted. I had to order one part then another part at another time, and they worked with me. Their guy came out and hung them, and everything went great! I'd used them before at my previous house, and I was satisfied with that experience as well. I ordered a huge kitchen blind, and the color turned out perfect. It was easy to use, even though it was a huge one that went across three doors. It was great! The people at Puchers are very friendly and helpful. The installer was great, and he left the warranty pamphlets and all that. I was very happy! more

What a great experience. I just moved into the Berea area and wanted to support the merchants. When I walked into Puchers in Berea I had no idea what I wanted or what I was doing. Bill spent a very long time with me asking me question showing me samples until we able to come up with flooring and carpeting that worked for me. I love my new floors and I love Tom and his helper and Steve and his helper. They laid my flooring and carpeting. They were so professional and their workmanship is a 10 star!!!! Everyone from the ladies at the store, Bill, Tom and his helper and Steve and his helper treated me like I was one of their favorite family members. I have dealt with a lot of companies in my day and I must say Puchers was the best in every way. more

I had used Puchers years ago, so I thought I'd try them again. This time, they helped me a great deal when I was selecting linoleum to put down in my family room. The person who came to do the installation did a very good job as far as putting it in. Everyone was very friendly. It was a comfortable experience! more

I can sum up our recent Kitchen tile project in one word - SHOWROOM. This is all that was left to complete in our kitchen remodeling project. We were absolutely delighted beyond words with the finished project. The tile just pulled everything together. We have worked with Pucher's before on several window treatment projects. We had put off the tile kitchen project for two years. We shopped around the big box store samples and we just did not like anything we saw. We wanted something different. Pucher's worked with us.. We never felt pressured. We were able to do this at our pace, when we were ready. The contractor Rob, that did the installaton was a professional and artist. When he came out to see the job, we could tell right away that he knew his craft. He was always puncutual and called if he was running behind. Everyone was great to work with, start to finish. I've been going to Puchers for many, many years, and they have provided me with expert advice and quality products. I've gotten paint, paintings and fabric from them. I've gone from one end of the house to the other redoing the paint. My son-in-law does all the painting for us, and he won't use anything but Benjamin Moore. He likes the coverage he gets with it, so that's one reason why we go to Puchers. Their store in Westlake also has really beautiful paintings, and I have purchased a few. They started running out of them, which I wish wasn't the case. They had some really unique paintings! Whenever I go to Puchers I always look for Mary Ann. She's incredible with color! She helps me coordinate the walls with the carpets. The thing I like best about Puchers is that I can bring in a fabric and Mary Ann will help me find a color to pair it with. I also have purchased fabric from them in the past to do drapery, and Mary Ann went through the books with me to help me coordinate fabric with the rest of the room. You don't find that kind of service in big box stores. They don't help you put things together like that. That's why I like Puchers; you get individual service. If you are thinking about using them, you should go into their store. Unlike most people, I never do my whole house at once. I go from one room to the next, and Puchers keeps records of what I have already used from them, the existing colors, so they can help coordinate what I want to do with what I already have. They have a list of what's in my living room and my family room. They know my house. They can tell me, "This is what you used in this room." Who does that? I don't know, but Puchers does! They help me make good decisions when I am looking to buy a new product for my home, and they have good quality products. Their paint is superb as I already mentioned. They really go the extra mile to help you decide what you want in your home! more

My mother-in-law had used Puchers before and liked them, so she recommended them to us. The first time we used them was when we purchased carpeting through them. They did a great job with the installation. There were no hiccups as far as scheduling went. They did everything in a timely manner. We did have a problem with one of the transitions, but they came back within a week to fix it. The second time we used them was for vinyl flooring in our kitchen. We particularly liked the installer who came for that job. We already have recommended Puchers to others. I don't think they're the cheapest place, but if you go to their showroom, the staff is super helpful. When you try to save money by going to the big name chain centers, you will just get frustrated with the service. I am willing to pay the difference for a more helpful shopping experience. To me, that's a good deal. more

Puchers replaced the carpet in our hallway and in my son's room. It was our third time using them, and the carpet looks beautiful. Their prices are fairly good, and they are quick about getting the product to us. The installation went very smoothly. I would recommend them, and I have recommended them to friends. Their installation is really good. We also had an incident where a piece of our furniture broke, an armoir, when they were moving it. They told us right away, and they got someone to come and fix it within a couple days. I was impressed by that. I also like that they move your furniture for you, so you don't have to do it yourself. more

Puchers had been referred to us and we had them put hardwood flooring down in our kitchen. Brandon was our installer and I truly feel like he's an artist in every way. He installed the flooring beautifully. He knew how to play the wood down and asked me how I wanted the grain and what I liked. He was amazing and worked a solid three days for the flooring. Lisa and Miguel were fantastic! They hand stained some of the wood and their attention to detail was amazing. We had a great experience and we were actually sad to see it come to an end. more

I can't think of anything else Puchers could have possibly done. They did everything they were supposed to in the time they were supposed to with the right attitude about it. What more could I want? They put carpeting in two rooms and a long hallway with the padding underneath it. The installers were very nice and very capable. There's nothing to worry about if you go with Puchers. We had used them before this and were pretty sure everything would go well. We've had thirty or so years of good service--as long as they've been there anyhow. more

They have a lot to choose from at Puchers. The staff is very helpful in making a selection. I got roman shades for my whole house (ten windows) and also tiling for my laundry room floor all from Puchers. When I got my shades, they even informed me that one of the name brands had a promotion that involved a $500 rebate, so we waited to place the order so that I would be able to take advantage of that deal. After I purchased materials from the store, they came to my home to do measurements. The installers were all very good. They were professional, timely, and clean. It's been a good experience. I would recommend others to go to Puchers and use their services, as well. more

Puchers has been around for a very long time. It's located two minutes from my home, so it has always been convenient for me. We have used Puchers for a variety of things around our house, including carpeting, shadings, kitchen remodeling, and bedroom furnishing. The man they send out to do the installations is excellent at what he does. The staff at the center is very intelligent and knowledgeable. They do a great deal of research on products for you based on price, quality, and suitability to your needs. For example, they know what to recommend if I am looking to light up a room or if I want to warm up a room. They are incredibly cooperative, attentive, and personable in their service. They will not try to make suggestions just to make a sale out of you. They want to find the best solution for you. This is a company your can rely on. more

Our entire house got flooded, but Puchers was there to help us restore it every step of the way. We had used them before to purchase carpeting and tiles, but this was the first time we used them so extensively. After the flood, we purchased new carpeting, tiles, and paint from them, and they were extremely helpful to us as we picked out paint colors and decided between the wide selections. They walked us through everything. There was never any pressure either. I could go there ten times back and forth, changing my mind about paint colors, and each time they would give me all of the information I needed. They were also located very near our home so that made the trips back and forth super convenient. They also provided us with suggestions of companies that would be able to repair our dry wall and apply the paint. We took them up on those suggestions, and when everything was all finished, the quality was outstanding. It's still holding up beautifully. I can't say enough about the professionalism of everyone at Puchers. They helped bring down our stress levels during a very stressful time. I'm sure we could have gotten the products at less expensive prices elsewhere, but the whole process would have taken much longer; I know that. Now the house is all finished, and I feel so happy with the way everything turned out. We had such a good experience in so many ways. more

Puchers recarpeted five rooms in our home. The sales person recommended not the most expensive product that we had considered, but a slightly less expensive one that she felt would be more satisfactory for our particular needs. I felt that the sales person was looking out for our best interest and that commends the store highly. The installation went well. It was very efficient. The installers were very pleasant and very helpful. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the carpet. I recommend Puchers. more

We've had Puchers do a number of things. They've done our carpeting, we've gotten paint from them, and all our blinds are from there. We've used them quite a bit recently as well as over the past twenty years. We don't go anywhere else. They have good products and good people that come out and do the work. You always get good quality there and good quality service. more

Puchers made curtains for me, carpet, and helped me pick out colors to coordinate with the furniture I had purchased. Every time I need colors for walls to coordinate with bedding and such, they always help me. I've been a customer probably about 12 years. I don't go anywhere else because they have such good service. I always work through Marianne and she is exceptional. more
