My mother-in-law had used Puchers before and liked them, so she recommended them to us.
The first time we used them was when we purchased carpeting through them. They did a great job with the installation. There were no hiccups as far as scheduling went. They did everything in a timely manner. We did have a problem with one of the transitions, but they came back within a week to fix it. The second time we used them was for vinyl flooring in our kitchen. We particularly liked the installer who came for that job.
We already have recommended Puchers to others. I don't think they're the cheapest place, but if you go to their showroom, the staff is super helpful. When you try to save money by going to the big name chain centers, you will just get frustrated with the service. I am willing to pay the difference for a more helpful shopping experience. To me, that's a good deal.
