Pucher's Decorating Center

I live in Colorado but keep a town house out in their area. They are super, they came in and it was one-stop-shopping. I brought them in and I dealt with several women who were all excellent. They did everything and it came out exceptional. As a matter of fact, every time I'm in Cleveland I stop in and say hello to them. more

I had Brooke from the store in Westlake help me pick out paint for my walls, window treatments, carpeting, kitchen and bathroom floors. She did a really nice job, she was very talented in that regard. If there were any problems someone was here right away to take care of it. For example a string popped out on the blinds I had installed and a girl came out right away to fix it. more

I've been dealing with the same person there for several years. They've done all of our paints, wall paper, and curtains. I've recommended them to others, and they've done the houses of two people I've recommended them to. more

I've used Puchers for years. Most recently , I purchased drapery panels for my living room. This involved fabric and hardware selection and design of how the installation would work. I worked directly with Maryanne in the Westlake shop. She's got great ideas, is patient, and I think we've got a great collaborative style. At the end of the day, we worked through the design and I'm extremely happy. The installation went very well and I couldn't be happier with the end result. more

I had a Pucher's decorator come out and help me decorate the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom. I also had them replace the floors and I found their installed to be excellent and knowledgeable on his trade. Finally, they recommended a painter who came out and did the paint work. The results are excellent. more

I had a bad experience with Puchers about 10 years ago. I was the first customer ordering a type of shades. They encouraged me to get them because they were cheaper and promised me total privacy. That wasn't the case and when the cords started to break, they said there was nothing they could do because they no longer carried the product. It seemed like they just washed their hands of the problem. I kept hearing so many good things about Puchers from other people that I decided to give them one more chance. I told them how unhappy I was the first time and they seemed altogether different. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. The contractors they hired to do the installation were outstanding. They were always on time and even finished a day earlier than expected. The guy that did my back splash was meticulous and cleaned up well. They all did a great and super job. The service was excellent. The product was excellent. What impressed me most was that they really did seem to care. They tried hard to please me and were successful. more

For me, the best thing about Puchers was the salesperson, Lisa. She understood exactly what I wanted and put it all together for me. My whole living room look wonderful now. more

I hired Puchers to do some balances for the bedroom and master bath. They were very good about helping me pick materials. We also installed some roman shades that they helped me out with. They also carpeted 95 sq ft of basement and did a good job. The service is good and the people they send out to install are very nice. more

As a painting contractor in the Cleveland west side suburbs for close to 30 years I have been purchasing from puchers. Their integrity is second to none. Lisa is the gal who came over from the showroom, she was very helpful. She was able to pick up on my tastes right away. It was great because she and I have a similar taste so she was able to suggest items that looked really good in my house. We had also gotten some curtains installed in two of the rooms from them, and the lady, Linda I think, who constructed those did an amazing job. She was great to work with also. When they came over to install the curtains they did a fabulous job, they were in and out quickly. The only issue during the whole process was scheduling to get the blinds installed. The gentleman who installs the blinds was unreliable at first. He would say he would be at your house during a certain time frame and it would be an hour later and you would still be waiting. I called Puchers and expressed my concern about that portion of the process. After I had expressed that I wanted better communication he seemed to be better about it, and it got easier to work with him. Overall, the experience was good and we've very happy with everything. more

We have been customers of Puchers for years and years. We use them for all of our paint and wallpaper. We've used them for flooring and window treatments. We have even used their cleaning service for the window treatments and upholstery. Cindy in the design center is so great. She's helped me with decorating ideas and paint matching. They are a top-shelf company. more

Mary Ann and Brooke are the two sales representatives I deal with mostly, although all associates are very knowledgeable. Mary Ann and Brooke go above and beyond getting me info on products and help with choosing product in the store. I use Pucher's almost exclusively for all my design needs. more
