I had a bad experience with Puchers about 10 years ago. I was the first customer ordering a type of shades. They encouraged me to get them because they were cheaper and promised me total privacy. That wasn't the case and when the cords started to break, they said there was nothing they could do because they no longer carried the product. It seemed like they just washed their hands of the problem.
I kept hearing so many good things about Puchers from other people that I decided to give them one more chance. I told them how unhappy I was the first time and they seemed altogether different. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. The contractors they hired to do the installation were outstanding. They were always on time and even finished a day earlier than expected. The guy that did my back splash was meticulous and cleaned up well. They all did a great and super job.
The service was excellent. The product was excellent. What impressed me most was that they really did seem to care. They tried hard to please me and were successful.
