We just moved to a new home, and I went to Puchers when I had to order new blinds. I wasn't sure what kind I wanted, and the girl who I worked with was very helpful. She showed me all the options for what I wanted, and I picked out the color I wanted.
I had to order one part then another part at another time, and they worked with me. Their guy came out and hung them, and everything went great!
I'd used them before at my previous house, and I was satisfied with that experience as well. I ordered a huge kitchen blind, and the color turned out perfect. It was easy to use, even though it was a huge one that went across three doors. It was great!
The people at Puchers are very friendly and helpful. The installer was great, and he left the warranty pamphlets and all that. I was very happy!
