I've been going to Puchers for many, many years, and they have provided me with expert advice and quality products. I've gotten paint, paintings and fabric from them. I've gone from one end of the house to the other redoing the paint. My son-in-law does all the painting for us, and he won't use anything but Benjamin Moore. He likes the coverage he gets with it, so that's one reason why we go to Puchers. Their store in Westlake also has really beautiful paintings, and I have purchased a few. They started running out of them, which I wish wasn't the case. They had some really unique paintings!
Whenever I go to Puchers I always look for Mary Ann. She's incredible with color! She helps me coordinate the walls with the carpets. The thing I like best about Puchers is that I can bring in a fabric and Mary Ann will help me find a color to pair it with. I also have purchased fabric from them in the past to do drapery, and Mary Ann went through the books with me to help me coordinate fabric with the rest of the room. You don't find that kind of service in big box stores. They don't help you put things together like that. That's why I like Puchers; you get individual service.
If you are thinking about using them, you should go into their store. Unlike most people, I never do my whole house at once. I go from one room to the next, and Puchers keeps records of what I have already used from them, the existing colors, so they can help coordinate what I want to do with what I already have. They have a list of what's in my living room and my family room. They know my house. They can tell me, "This is what you used in this room." Who does that? I don't know, but Puchers does!
They help me make good decisions when I am looking to buy a new product for my home, and they have good quality products. Their paint is superb as I already mentioned. They really go the extra mile to help you decide what you want in your home!
