Our entire house got flooded, but Puchers was there to help us restore it every step of the way. We had used them before to purchase carpeting and tiles, but this was the first time we used them so extensively. After the flood, we purchased new carpeting, tiles, and paint from them, and they were extremely helpful to us as we picked out paint colors and decided between the wide selections. They walked us through everything. There was never any pressure either. I could go there ten times back and forth, changing my mind about paint colors, and each time they would give me all of the information I needed. They were also located very near our home so that made the trips back and forth super convenient. They also provided us with suggestions of companies that would be able to repair our dry wall and apply the paint. We took them up on those suggestions, and when everything was all finished, the quality was outstanding. It's still holding up beautifully. I can't say enough about the professionalism of everyone at Puchers. They helped bring down our stress levels during a very stressful time. I'm sure we could have gotten the products at less expensive prices elsewhere, but the whole process would have taken much longer; I know that. Now the house is all finished, and I feel so happy with the way everything turned out. We had such a good experience in so many ways.
