We had initially scheduled the window/gutter cleaning for the second week of December, but after Thanksgiving, I called to move up the cleaning. A woman scheduled a group to come on December 2 between 10 am - 2 pm. I assumed that the later appointment would be cancelled. However, apparently, another crew was sent to our home to clean the windows on December 21, when we were out of town. Had I been here I would have stopped them from doing the work. I sent copies of the on-site invoice and the check for payment of the 12/2 cleaning to Mr. Dron. I received a bill for the 12/21 service and paid it, mistakenly thinking that it was for the 12/2 work. I have repeatedly asked Mr. Dron to reimburse me for the second payment but have not received that check.
