The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Very thorough but pricey. The big bag of leaves, etc. was left behind in the yard. With the rain and weight I had to get a neighbor to assist to drag it to curb for pick up. My 2nd time using and with the cost, not quite sure if I will again. more

You did not tell me that there were leaf guards on the gutters. You put the leaves in a plastic bag in the recycling bin. You showed up 3 hours late, tried to sell me window washing on the side, saying the company overcharged. You talked Spanish to each other in front of me and laughed when I asked what you said. I will never use you again more

I have been using this service for 14 yrs. I trust them. They do more them expected and often catch and fix things I haven't noticed. This is a trustworthy company at a fair price. more

I was suprised that only one guy was sent out to do almost 100 windows and some are really high up. Should be at least two for this job. Overall it was a good job. more

Ecstatic with the Results 11/4/2016

Cleaning windows inside and out is one of those chores I can't seem to find the time to do. It was such a relief to have them professionally cleaned at a low price!! I will be calling Prime Time twice a year for life! more

Disappointed compared to last year. 10/31/2016

The cleaning took over three hours as compared to one and one half hours last year. The cost this year was over $200 and I am sure it was much less last year. For the most part part however, the windows were sufficiently clean. more

Had a terrific experience with the above mentioned workers. They were extremely thorough and did an excellent job. Even took down a stained glass piece we had hanging in window so we could clean it, then he rehung it. So grateful as we do not have a ladder that could have reached it. These gentlemen were older, experienced and very polite. Next time we book you we'll be sure to request them as our workers. Linda Enright more

Charged us almostdouble of quote, missed MANY windows 10/26/2016

When we made the appointment, we were quoted a price of $275. After the windows were completed we were told it was going to be $425. The company said it was because our windows were paned. ISN'T THAT A QUESTION THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASKED WHEN WE REQUESTED A QUOTE? About every 5th window was not cleaned, when we asked the technician before he left to clean the missed windows, his response was, " I did not know you wanted those cleaned." huh? We asked for the entire house to be cleaned. No special request to clean only 4/5th of the house. TERRIBLE SERVICE, would NOT use again. Scammers and poor service. more
