Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

They do a wonderful job, clean up after themselves and they're on their way. My only issue with them is they CALL a lot! they even call to see if we want our gutters cleaned right after they've been cleaned or they call when we have something scheduled. And when you politely decline the person on the other end is completely without personality, while personality isn't everything it makes for a better experience. It's customer service 101, your internal calling staff is the first to talk to the customer, if you sound like you're bored and hate your job it comes across on the phone loud and clear. more

I have been using Prime Time Window Cleaning for a couple of years and they always do a fine job. They seem to really care about their customers. During my last experience, the first two cleaners that came by didn't want to work for the price I had agreed to on the phone. I called up Prime Time to tell them the situation and they sent out a new team to do the work. They did a wonderful job and I would use them again. more

I just moved into my new home and needed to find a reputable window cleaning service. I was happy to discover Prime Time Window Cleaning and I have now used them twice. I like that it's easy to make an appointment and the person on the phone is always friendly. The cleaners always show up on time and are professional. They do a great job and charge a fair price. Great Work And Results Overall! 9/8/2017

I have been using Prime Time Window Cleaning to do some gutter cleaning and window cleaning work for my two-story house. I have been with them for two years and I have always enjoyed their service. The only issue I had was that I get cold calls from their sales team about doing more work when I just had them over. But otherwise, their pricing is reasonable and I would recommend them to other customers. They also offer great turnaround time, so I am happy with the efficiency of the staff. more

Happy With The Results 8/25/2017

I had a pretty good experience getting my results from Prime Time Window Cleaning. I used them for the first time and they did a window cleaning for my house. I would say that the pricing is reasonable for the work that I got and I was quite happy with how everything turned out. I wasn't there during the actual work process so I didn't have interaction with the staff. But I would likely recommend them and possibly use them again in the future for any window cleaning needs. I liked the service that the company offered, so I am happy. more

I would not hire them again for cleaning gutters 8/1/2017

I scheduled a gutter cleaning. My overall experience was not good Here are few reasons 1) The person who came for the job was unprepared. He had no gutter cleaning tools for cleaning the downspouts or a hose for that matter. 2) The person was using a yard blower to clean the roof gutter 3) The person didn't speak English and it was difficult to get things across 4) The person was not completing the job and I had to talk to the manager to complete it as agreed more

Good but Expensive 7/25/2017

I am a property manager who uses Prime Time Window Cleaning 3 times a year to clean 3 separate rental homes. I think the prices are steep for what they do but the owner of the property has been using them for years and is fine with the fees. Prime Time Window Cleaning does do a good job and they always bring out 2 people to clean all the exteriors. They are dependable, I have never had any issues or problems. more

Quick and Affordable! 7/10/2017

Prime Time Window Cleaning came out about a month ago to clean the windows of my home. It's all one level so it was a pretty simple job. It was easy to call them up and make an appointment. I have no complaints and they did a good job. The cleaners were fast and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a consistent and good quality window cleaning service. more

Awesome Service! 6/28/2017

I have used Prime Time Window Cleaning a couple times in the past and most recently used them last month. I manage restaurants, office buildings, residential properties, etc so I deal with a lot of service companies and Prime Time Window Cleaning is one of the best. I had a 30,000 sq. ft. office building that needed to be cleaned and Prime Time was able to come out the next day. The service is so quick and really great at accommodating you if you are in a time crunch. The cleaners are always on time and super professional. The service is always good and I highly recommend them. more

Great Outside Window Cleaning 6/22/2017

Prime Time Window Cleaning, Inc. came out to clean the outside of the windows on my house. I was satisfied with their service the first time I used them, and they did not disappoint me this time! I was not here when they came to clean, but the windows look great now! I got a follow up call from Prime Time, making sure I was satisfied with the service.
