I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Excellent Experience 5/8/2018

We have used Prime Time for several years and have been very happy with their work. Scheduling is very simple, the technician arrives within the scheduled time frame and he surveys the work before beginning.. The windows are cleaned well and quickly both inside and out, and the technician makes sure there are no tracks or other problems in our home. more

Unfinished Work 5/7/2018

The worker sent was polite and did a good cleaning job BUT he left my screens pushed behind the storm windows making it impossible to open the windows. I have severe arthritis so I am unable to move the screens back to the proper position so the windows could be opened. I called the company within five minutes of the worker leaving and was told he would return to fix the problem. I waited about 40 minutes and when he did not return I called again and was told someone would come the next day to fix the screens. NO ONE ever came back to fix the problem. Three days have gone by, the temperature has soared into the eighties and I had to find someone else to come to my apartment to fix the problem so my windows could be opened. I would not hire this company again. more

After we agreed upon a price based on previous service, workers then insisted I had more windows and would need to pay more. Umm - no. Classic bait and switch. They also left screens not replaced. Will not use this service again. more

The only challenge was the language barrier. The 2-person team was hard-working, but when direction was given to one, it was not communicated to the other, and this wasted some time. more

Very poor service 5/6/2018

The crew arrived at 4:30 pm and immediately told me it was going to cost more than the agreed price. Once we finally settled on the cost they started washing the windows, around 7:30pm it was getting dark and they were still washing windows, I asked the to leave and come back the next day. The crew lead said he didn’t want to do that because he lives in Chicago and it would cost him 20.00 in gas to come back. Finally around 8pm after calling the supervisor they agreed to leave and return the next day. The next morning I could see smudges and parts of the windows that were missed due to washing in the dark. When the one man crew came to finish the job the next day he had no idea where the other crew left off, when we told him the upper level windows needed washing he said he didn’t have a ladder that would reach. After they left we realized they never even washed the 2nd story window over the front door. Very dissappointing! more

The main living room window was not cleaner welll, has streaks in corners. Because we are pulling house on market this window is important to be pristine. Company said they would send someone out... 5/5/2018

Also to clean window tracks was another charge- not explained up front. We had gutters cleaned but a piece of screen was left sticking up and is clearly visible when looking at house. Much more expensive than other bids. Don’t feel we received any extra value for the money spent. Window wash 5/4/2018

Prime washes our third and fourth floor windows for the second year. The first year 2017 the team was polite , professional and on time. Over all great experience. 2018 was a much different experience, the couple showed up 2 hours early and were mad. We accommodated them as clerical errors occur. Then the couple did the job but my wife was not comfortable with them in the house after they started to take a doorwall apart to clean which was not previously and they just needed a better tool to clean the door wall . Communication was tough as the team spoke little English , thus I had to call the office for them to instruct the workers. We had both positive and a negative experience with the firm and will give them another try and request experienced team that speaks English. Work was done well and in a timely manner. The telephone quote was $180 after the representative indicated he was looking at my home (on-line) and asked me questions concerning the project. The charge by the persons completing the work was $430? more
