The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Not a happy experience for me. 7/3/2018

Due to heat first then rain, getting my windows cleaned took three days. First appointment day, no one showed up. When I called they said that they were just going to call me. I was given another date and again no one came in the time frame that I was given. About 5:30 pm the guy showed up and said that he was only supposed to clean the outside of my storm windows. I needed the outside of the windows and the storm and screens cleaned. He said that he would come back early tbe next day to do it. He came at 8:30 am and didn't finish until 5:30 pm. It did rain most of the day and he did as much from the inside as possible. He seemed to be confused about what windows were already cleaned. I had already done the inside of all my windows and cleaned the sills inside and the outside sills between the inside and storm windows. He said that I didn't clean them. He came with a bucket of water and used the same dirty water on all the windows. I offered many times for him to change the water but he said no it wasn't necessary. Most of the windows look good and I am happy that they are done. He was a very friendly guy and go along great with my dogs. I thought that hiring a professional company would have a much better outcome. more

Very disappointed 6/22/2018

Quoted a timeframe of 10 to 12. Crew finally arrived around 2 after several calls and emails with the office. Price quoted not what was billed. Still trying to resolve that issue more

Missed appointments but then good work 6/21/2018

We've used Prime Time Windows before for work on our gutters and were very happy. I scheduled to have all the windows cleaned in our 3-story house because we were putting it on the market. The day of the appointment, they didn't show up. I called and they said they were running late that day and made an appt for early the next morning. The next day they didn't show up. The scheduler told me it was tough to schedule because they needed at least two people because of the size of our house. We rescheduled again. Finally the guy arrived, one guy. It took him over 3 hours to do all the windows, but he did great work and we were very happy with the result. The scheduler gave us about a 10% discount for the hassle. Overall I would recommend them for the work, but can't guarantee they will be there when scheduled. more

Won’t use a prime time again 6/20/2018

Called to schedule my service appointment and was given a price for everything I wanted done. Two people showed up to do my work. The one person tried to sell me additional services on the side if I paid him cash. The person cleaning my windows didn’t understand what I was telling her. She also didn’t know how to take the screens off and ended up breaking a couple of the screen latches and bending one of my screens. When they were done, the invoice they game me was for more than what I was told on the phone and I had to get them inside to clean the windows they had missed. Very disappointed and when I called and spoke to the reps they didn’t seem to care. Will not recommend these guys to anyone more

Disappointment 6/19/2018

I have had the services of Primetime for several years and have always been happy with the work. The recent gutter-cleaning work was far below standard. Large black garbage bag filled with sodden debris left behind for me to dispose of. I am in my late eighties and could not lift the bag. Also Debris was left at the bottom of every rain spout. Maybe the young man who did the work just needs better training. I will be reluctant to hire Primetime for window washing or gutter cleaning in the future. more

Primetime was the first to respond quote request. They were very professional over the phone while scheduling the appointment. Very prompt to send a quote via email. However, The day of the appointment they didn't show up or call to let me know they weren't coming. I had to call them to get the ETA of the tech. We rescheduled for the next day, first thing, and they were a "no-show" AGAIN. No call either. When I called to get the ETA, I was told the over-booked and couldn't make it out, but can be there the next day. A believer in the "3-strikes your out" rule, I gave them another chance and agreed to let them come out. They were 3 hours late with no phone call either. They did a BEAUTIFUL JOB and my boss is very please with the results. Thank you PrimeTime, but you need to step-up your service-coordinator services. more
