Review content:
Due to heat first then rain, getting my windows cleaned took three days. First appointment day, no one showed up. When I called they said that they were just going to call me. I was given another date and again no one came in the time frame that I was given. About 5:30 pm the guy showed up and said that he was only supposed to clean the outside of my storm windows. I needed the outside of the windows and the storm and screens cleaned. He said that he would come back early tbe next day to do it. He came at 8:30 am and didn't finish until 5:30 pm. It did rain most of the day and he did as much from the inside as possible. He seemed to be confused about what windows were already cleaned. I had already done the inside of all my windows and cleaned the sills inside and the outside sills between the inside and storm windows. He said that I didn't clean them. He came with a bucket of water and used the same dirty water on all the windows. I offered many times for him to change the water but he said no it wasn't necessary. Most of the windows look good and I am happy that they are done. He was a very friendly guy and go along great with my dogs. I thought that hiring a professional company would have a much better outcome.
