Review content:
Primetime was the first to respond quote request. They were very professional over the phone while scheduling the appointment. Very prompt to send a quote via email. However, The day of the appointment they didn't show up or call to let me know they weren't coming. I had to call them to get the ETA of the tech. We rescheduled for the next day, first thing, and they were a "no-show" AGAIN. No call either. When I called to get the ETA, I was told the over-booked and couldn't make it out, but can be there the next day. A believer in the "3-strikes your out" rule, I gave them another chance and agreed to let them come out. They were 3 hours late with no phone call either. They did a BEAUTIFUL JOB and my boss is very please with the results. Thank you PrimeTime, but you need to step-up your service-coordinator services.
