The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

The service was performed several hours outside of the designated time and no one called regarding the delay. I had called when they were late, given another time, but I had to call a second time and was given another delayed time. I would recommend this company. They arrived on time, did their works d pointed out a problem I was having with downspout outflow. I am very satisfied and I tend to be a customer in the future. Workmen were friendly, helpful and respectful. The work was not good. 7/18/2018

The window washers did not do a good job. My windows are streaked and dotted with water drips. The screens were cleaned while still on the window. You cannot clean screens this way as it does not work. They also cleaned the gutters. I don’t know yet how successful that was. The workers were kind and respectful. I was not going to write a review because I did not want to jeopardize their livelihood. I think the problem is with lack of training and Prime Time’s use of sub contractors. I have used Prime Time 3 or 4 times over the years and each time the process and service is different. more

Overall very satisfied with everything. My only issue is the frame of my patio doors wasn't cleaned out so when you slide the doors, it's dirty. more

In the past, a 2 man crew showed up and the job was done in 1 hour. This time, 1 man came who did a great job but was here for 3 hours. more

Only disappointment was the disposal of "stuff" found in the gutters. The stuff was tossed in the yard. Putting it in a bag would have been better. The window cleaning went quite well - no complaints there. more

POOR SERVICE 7/9/2018

1.. I was quoted $120.00 to clean my gutters. 2. when they finished the man gave me a bill for $192.00 He said they had to clean my down spouts and remove & install my gutter guards. I was never notified that they were going to charge me more. 3. I had to call them back, they forgot a gutter and had to clean their mess up. more

I had to reschedule as the man came and said my house was to big he couldn't do it needs 2 people reschedule for few weeks later and even called a few days before to verify time ,date and that 2 people are coming out and on the day 1 person showed up and I wasn't home at the time and came home to see streaks on windows and on high up windows so couldn't have been touched by anyone else more

quoted me $160 over the phone. when work was completes the service man handed me a bill for $240. 7/5/2018

charged me more that was quoted . the day it was scheduled they never showed up. I called the office and was told they were overbooked. I wasted a PTO day. more
