I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Scheduled a house power wash and window cleaning. They never showed up. I called the next day and the manager said they were busy. Would have been nice to know since I took a day off work waiting on the team. Then the manager doubles the price from the original quote over the phone. Very unprofessional. I will not do business with these guys again. more

Window Washing 5/23/2018

This was the first time that I hired anyone to clean my windows, inside and out. Absolutely wonderful !! Very professional and friendly staff that came to do the job. Best ever treat that I have done for myself !! I will definitely recommend this company and use their services again !!! more

First Timer 5/22/2018

We moved into a new house and as I am getting older I am not so good on ladders. Originally thought of just outside windows being done, but decided to do all: windows in and out, screens, and power wash some areas of siding, to see how good service was, and to get it done in one day instead of 2 weeks if I did it. Overall price for job was over 1000.00. No bargain at all, but very well done. I will likely use them again. The crew was wonderful! Polite, thorough. more

We have used these guys for years and it always requires multiple visits for the job to be completed. Once it is finished, I am satisfied-but getting there is a process. Wrong ladders, missed windows. more

Solid Service by Window Cleaners 5/21/2018

I was happy with the service the window cleaners provided. My dissatisfaction came about when I received the invoice for payment. It was double the price I was quoted on the phone. I clearly articulated the number of windows, the type of windows (french panes on the top half and clear glass on the bottom half of each window), the doors and how many windows were in each door and the gutters that I needed cleaned. I also told the rep on the phone that I had a coupon for window cleaning and a coupon for gutter cleaning. He said he was making note of the coupons and gave me a price. When I received the invoice, the coupons were not deducted, I received an extra charge per window because of the type of window I had, an extra charge for downspout cleaning -- I was not told there would be an extra charge or even asked if I wanted the downspouts cleaned -- and an extra charge for the windows in the doors. When I questioned these charges the window cleaners did not understand what I was asking and called the office. They put me on the phone with someone that told me I could only use one coupon and who "played dumb" to any quote I had received. This is completely unprofessional and in my opinion, unethical. I feel as if I was quoted one price to get the company on-site. We have used Prime Time Windows in the past at another home and we never had a problem. I would not use them again after this experience. more

Make no little panes 5/12/2018

The technician always comes on time, prepared to work. He works efficiently around my two small dogs, He does small things not quite in the catalog, for example, a bee was lodged between the outside screen and the window. Because he was out side and I did not want the bee to come into the house, I asked him to raise the screen with care not to harm the bee. He did. The house always looks brighter when the windows and screens are cleaned. The price is right so I get value. more

i didn't get the service that I ordered. Prime time didn't want to complete the job. 5/10/2018

my request was for an estimate for window washing, outside only and to have all my screens washed and replaced. the salesman googled my home said he saw it and it would be around $178. we set a date for about a month later and it was a rainy day. the worker came and said. it is going to rain. we set a return visit for a week later. the second worker came with his daughter and said I needed to remove all of the screens (54#). i told her i had explained that i needed the screens removed and washed from the outside. she said they could not. i called the office and another person was set up to come and do as i requested. i waited all day and no one came or called. i called the office and another worker came when i was away and washed only the glass and brushed the screens. he left a bill for $300. i called and said he didn't wash the entire windows and he didn't wash the screens. another worker came and i showed him what i wanted, the office said he'd wash the screens and adjust the bill $50 but not wash the frames and sills and left. i email'd Will but no response...the job was never completed as far as i am concerned. i was told that it would be. all i rec'd was a bill. more
