Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

Good service but due to schedule error they could have come when I was not at home. 11/10/2017

I was told that I needed to be home between 10 and 1 for service. Gutter cleaning service person came at 7am without prior CALL. I may not have been at home at that time and the call. would have been wasted. If a schedule is changed you should notify the customer. more

Worker Assigned 11/7/2017

Worker came to my house and started counting windows. I asked him what he was doing and he said I had more windows than what was said. I told him that Prime Time Window serviced my home before, and that I had already agreed to the cost the lady quoted on the phone as I had added some new services. He spoke very little English which made communication difficult. Items moved were not put back and blinds had to be realigned. But the windows were crystal clear. more

The window cleaner was professional and thorough, but the payment method needs some work. Called for price quote, got one, but the cleaner didn't get the quote. Front office needs more internal organization! more
