The two who came to wash the windows were very polite, and they were thorough and efficient. I'm extremely pleased with how clean the windows are. I will definitely call Prime Tim...

Worst

I was quoted $140 Then I was told it’s $170 Not fair and honest. I won’t hire this company again, because of that.

I have used them a couple of times for window cleaning and they do a great job! Their customer service is also great with communication if they are running late. They are also very friendly and very careful when moving furniture to get to the windows. more

It seemed as though they spent more time counting the windows to be washed than they did washing the windows. Next time I will provide a count. more

Addendum to previous review... 7/19/2016

The owner called me after my previous review, and while I informed him that there was no need to refund the downspout fee as the work was done and I don't wish to cheat anyone out of work, he insisted, was quite apologetic and as a result, I will be a continuing customer. A bit below average 7/19/2016

Whie I've used the service in the past, I was taken aback by the customer service person I contacted via email. When I explained that I should have been asked for downspout cleaning rather than just tacking it onto the bill, the customer service person simply gave me a one sentence reply, "You had it done last year for the same price." All I wanted was to be asked, and I would not have had it done as my downspouts were fine. Very disappointed in not only NOT being asked, but the rather terse response by customer service. I've terminated my relationshiop with them as a result of her poor service skills. Customer service is everything! more

Gutter cleaning 7/19/2016

They came when they said they would. They did a good job as far as I can see. The only problem at all was the amount of water the guy used. I think my hose ran for 40 minutes. more

Guys showed up and did a good job cleaning gutters 60 feet up along side of house. They needed to rappel down to them because their ladders weren't long enough! more

I was happy with to cleaning, but the guy who as here broke one of our blinds. I called and was told by the man who booked my service, that he was trying to find someone to fix it. I never hard back. I have since had my decorator get it fixed for me and will submit the bill to Primetime when I get it. more

I am very happy with the work from Prime Time. The only thing I was disappointed about is the following: When I talked to the office, I said I had a $10 coupon, that was not deducted from my bill. I did not realize that till I got home because my husband paid the bill. Also, I booked two houses the same day and I'm a little disappointed that I did not get any kind of discount for booking 2 houses. With that being said, the crew did an excellent job and were prompt and fast! Thank you. more
