I was referred to Preferred by a friend, which was important, since the most important thing for me is trustworthiness. They were very up front with regard to what it likely going to cost, however it could be more or less depending on what they find when they start. The final price met my expectations, was within the range provided, and was still about 10-15% less than the price from a dealer. They also communicated frequently, were responsive to my calls and questions, and had the car ready when promised.
