I have been a customer of Preferred Automotive for thirty years now. They are good at what they do. They fix the cars when you take your car in the first time. They fix it right away.
The prices have gone up a little, but you don't get there to get a bargain. Instead, you get quality work. Fred, the head mechanic, has been there as long as I have been a customer. All the mechanics there are really good, and I have never had to bring my car back in after the first time. They always correct it the first time.
Also, I usually pick my car up after it's done, but I do notice in the office they have both cold water and hot water, which I think is nice.
