I had a good experience with Preferred Automotive. I brought my 2001 Honda Accord into their shop for a diagnostic after having issues with my transmission. I wanted to know whether or not my car was worth the upkeep. The technicians did some touch-ups to my vehicle and went above and beyond.
They gave me very honest advice about my car. They said beyond the transmission, it would probably require more upkeep overtime than it was worth. They noticed some problems with the break pads, and a few other potential issues. They also mentioned that my model and year of Accord was known for transmission issues, which was really good for me to find out. As a result, I will be looking for a new vehicle, and will bring that one into their shop for future services.
