-genuinely friendly service (sincerity is underrated)\r
-patiently explained every issue in terms i could understand\r
-didn't make me feel like an idiot or a bad car owner\r
-gladly helped me prioritize safety fixes and didn't push me to perform work that couldn't fit in my budget\r
-rented a car for me since they needed to keep mine overnight\r
-drove me to pick up the rental car\r
-scrambled to find cheaper parts and saved me $200\r
-did this without me asking them to\r
-sent me away with a box of girl scout cookies\r

What could've been a nightmarish experience ended up (oddly) brightening my week. [Note: I am still sad about being broke now- but that's life.]\r
