The folks at Preferred Automotive are great. I can tell that they know more than a thing or two about cars by how thorough they were when walking me through the repair I needed done. They fully fixed my vehicle on time, as promised and kept me in the loop about when I could pick it up. Their rates are reasonable and I've had no problems with them.
